Idaho Mom Arrested For Allegedly Having Sex With Friends Of Her 10-Year-Old Son

Kuna, ID – Courtney Sue Reschke has been accused of having sex with underage boys that were friends of her 10-year-old son. The Idaho mom, 35, allegedly gave the 15-year-old boys alcohol and then had sex with them at her home.

Law enforcement officers believe that Reschke was in the middle of having sex when her 5-year-old child walked into the bedroom, according to the Daily Mail. The Kuna arrest report states that Courtney Reschke ignored her son and continued having sex. Reschke reportedly met the teen boys she is accused of having sex with via her 10-yer-old son. She has been charged with two counts of felony injury to a child and a felony lewd conduct charge, The Weekly Vice notes.

The investigation in Courtney Reschke is ongoing. Local law enforcement offices note that additional charges could still be a possibility. Ada County Deputy Prosecutor Jean Fisher had this to say about the case:

“The five-year-old was attempting to get into the room to get the defendant’s attention during one of these encounters and the defendant ignored her.”

Reschke is being held in jail on a $250,000 bail. She reportedly could not come up with enough money to get released. Ada County Prosecutors wanted to levy a $750,000 bail against the Idaho mom accused of having sex with young teenagesr, but the judge did not approve the higher amount.

Judge Cathleen MacGregor had this to say to Courtney Raschke during a recent hearing:

“You’ll need to make arrangements for your own kids because you won’t be allowed to be around them.”
