Tamar Braxton Reveals The Truth About Her Feud With Toya Wright, ‘I’m The Talent’

Tamar Braxton is revealing all about her nasty feud with Toya Wright that boiled over once again earlier this month amid Braxton’s drama with Tiny Harris.

Speaking out about exactly what happened between herself and the Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars star, Tamar denied Toya’s allegations that she had her banned from appearing on the daytime talk show The Real while she was a co-host and claimed that she wasn’t even aware they weren’t friends anymore until Wright called her out during a radio interview.

Tamar clarified this week that she never tried to “hold back” Toya and instead revealed during a new interview with Atlanta’s V-103 radio that Wright never reached out to her to be on the show.

“I’m not the talent booker, I’m the talent,” Braxton said, denying that she had anything to do with Toya not being able to go on The Real while she was still with the show while revealing that she had no “power” when it came to who was and was not booked as a guest.

Tamar then admitted that their feud only escalated from there because Toya was upset that she didn’t promote her book on her social media pages, but claimed that because of her deals with various companies she was encouraged not to promote other ventures.

Braxton continued by issuing half an apology to her feud partner, telling Wright through the radio microphone that she “loves” her and “wants [her] to win” despite their bad blood.

Tamar and Toya’s drama first began last year after Wright slammed Braxton during an interview and then claimed in her book that Braxton unfollowed her across social media after she appeared on her former talk show The Real after she was sensationally fired in May 2016, causing a whole lot of drama with her former co-stars to ensue.

Wright alleged in the memoir In My Own Words… My Real Reality that Braxton had supposedly her blacklisted from the show and hinted that she may have urged talent bookers not to have her on as a guest despite the two being friends.

Their increasingly nasty feud then boiled over once again earlier this month after Toya entangled herself in Tamar’s drama with another member of their friendship group, Tiny Harris, who Braxton also got into a feud with last year after she too promoted The Real.

After Harris and Braxton took shots at each other on Instagram earlier this month, Wright liked a comment from a fan on the social media site that claimed Tamar’s very public remarks about Tiny were why she “has no friends.”

Tamar then attempted to mend her broken relationship and end her beef with Tiny through a heartfelt apology posted to her former friend on Instagram on June 7, but wasn’t too kind to Toya with her social media comment.

Rather than apologizing to both of her former friends, Tamar instead accused Wright of coming in between them and starting beef while referring to her as “paperback Toya” for the accusations she made in her book.
