‘World Of Warcraft’ Patch 7.2.5 Adds Black Temple Raid Timewalking, Deadmines Pet Dungeon
Denizens of Azeroth can soon revisit the Black Temple raid with a new Timewalking option. World of Warcraft patch 7.2.5 is adding the raid Timewalking feature, a new Pet Battle Dungeon, and several new micro-events to start in the coming months. Alongside a handful of class changes, balance fixes, and other additions, the latest patch to the MMORPG also includes a new Chromie scenario.
When Outland Timewalking starts, players will be able to enter the Black Temple raid to earn high-level rewards, according to Battle.net. Players will be scaled to level 70 with others in a raid compromised of 10 to 30 players looking to return to the iconic World of Warcraft raid. Players that have collected the Warglaives of Azzinoth will earn an item that lets them use the weapons’ appearance on Demon Hunters after clearing the Timewalking version of the raid.
Patch 7.2.5 also debuts The Deaths of Chromie scenario. This new solo experience gives players a chance to befriend Chromie while taking down her many enemies. Players earn reputation with Chromie by entering the scenario and defeating foes. As players repeat the process, Chromie becomes stronger, making scenario completion faster. Transmogrification pieces, a title, battle pets, and more are potential rewards, as noted on WoWHead.
New micro-events are also coming soon thanks to the latest World of Warcraft patch. Over the coming months, players will be able to collect new toys and participate in fun diversions. The Auction House Dance Studio, The Trial of Style, Moonkin Festival, and The Great Gnomeregan Race are scheduled through the end of the year. Most of these events are simply gatherings, while The Trial of Style is a new transmogrification contest with prizes.
Players can also visit the new Pet Battle Dungeon in this update as well. Breanni, located in Dalaran, can start the adventure for pet collectors, but they will need to have completed the Wailing Caverns Pet Battle Dungeon before embarking on their Deadmines journey. The challenge version rewards the Mining Monkey pet, and currency, used to buy other pets.
The Legion expansion continues to update with new content like this regularly. As the Inquisitr reported, players can finally fly in the current expansion after a patch in March. Patch 7.2.5 is out now with new events scheduled in the future. The full list of patch notes, including class changes, can be viewed on the official World of Warcraft site.
