Has Brad Pitt Found New Love After Angelina Jolie Divorce?
Brad Pitt may be on the road to finding new love again. At least that’s according to a recent article on Hollywood Life. According to their sources, the War Machine actor is ready to move on from his divorce from Angelina Jolie.
“Make no mistake about it, Brad’s priority is absolutely his kids right now,” the insider explained. “They are his life and he’s making sure they are happy, safe, and surrounded by love. Saying that, Brad does realize he doesn’t want to be alone forever and having someone to love again is appealing.”
But don’t expect to see Pitt working the red carpet with a new girlfriend anytime soon. He’s still working on healing and getting his life together as a single man.
“Brad is a passionate, emotional guy who loves being in love so it will definitely happen,” explained the source. “After a lot of work on himself he’s finally open to it — down the road. For now, he still needs to put in more time working on himself and his new healthy life.”
But Gossip Cop, a site that’s well known for debunking celebrity rumors, claims that Hollywood Life made up this story. According to their source, there’s no one in Brad Pitt’s circle who is talking to Hollywood Life. They also outline a history of Hollywood Life’s dishonest articles about Brad Pitt.
When the Brad Pitt-Angelina Jolie divorce was an announced, Hollywood Life reported that Pitt was getting loads of support from his close pal and Ocean’s Eleven co-star George Clooney. However, as Gossip Cop notes, George Clooney didn’t find out about the divorce until later when he was asked about it in an interview.
Hollywood Life also published a story stating that Pitt had signed up for rehab to deal with the breakup. But a media rep for Pitt later said that this was incorrect. They also published stories about a battle between the former spouses over her engagement ring.
Given that there’s been a lot of misinformation from the press about the Brad Pitt-Angelina divorce, here’s what we know about it for sure based on what Pitt and Jolie – mostly Pitt – have said in interviews.
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie revealed that they were going through divorce proceedings in September of 2016.
Pitt has been dealing with the split by going to therapy, a fact that he revealed in a GQ Style interview.

“You know, I just started therapy,” he shared. “I love it. I love it. I went through two therapists to get the right one.”
He also confessed that after the news of the divorce broke, he slept on a friend’s floor.
“It was too sad to be here at first, so I went and stayed on a friend’s floor, a little bungalow in Santa Monica. I crashed over here a little bit, my friend [David] Fincher lives right here…I stayed at my friend’s house on the floor for a month and a half—until I was out there one morning, 5:30, and this surveillance van pulls up. They don’t know that I’m up behind a wall, and they pull up—and it’s a long story—but it was something more than TMZ, because they got into my friend’s computer. The stuff they can do these days…. So, I got a little paranoid being there. I decided I had to pick up and come here.”

Through it all, Pitt is focused on making sure that his kids are healthy and happy despite the divorce.
“Kids are so delicate. They absorb everything,” he said in an interview with GQ Style. “They need to have their hand held and things explained. They need to be listened to. When I get in that busy work mode, I’m not hearing. I want to be better at that.”
