Will Prince Harry’s Girlfriend Meghan Markle Skip Queen’s Birthday After Pippa Middleton Wedding Controversy?

Suits actress Meghan Markle has just been a part of a controversy at Pippa Middleton’s wedding, when she was not allowed to enter the church. The Queen’s birthday is going to be celebrated on June 10 this time. Will Prince Harry’s girlfriend attend the ceremony, especially after her sister slammed the royals for banning Markle from the wedding ceremony?

The Queen celebrates two birthdays every year. While her actual birthday is on April 21, she celebrates the official birthday on the second Saturday of June. This year, it’s on June 10. The Queen celebrates her actual birthday in private, among her near and dear ones, even though gun salutes in central London at midday mark the occasion. The official birthday, on the other hand, is celebrated in a bigger manner, with guests invited to attend the ceremony.

There has been an official declaration about what is going to happen on June 10 this year. According to the statement, The Queen will be joined by the members of the Royal Family.

“On her official birthday, Her Majesty is joined by other members of the Royal Family at the spectacular Trooping the Colour parade which moves between Buckingham Palace, The Mall and Horseguards’ Parade as well as a public appearance on the balcony of Buckingham Palace.”

Now, there is a possibility that the 35-year-old Suits actress will be invited to the celebration. Prince Harry’s girlfriend was also invited to Pippa Middleton’s wedding, but she was not allowed to enter the church. The wedding apparently followed a “No ring, no bring” policy, which meant that only married couples were allowed inside the church.

Markle’s half-sister, Samantha, was completely offended by what happened at Pippa Middleton’s wedding. She believed that her sister was deliberately humiliated. She did not hesitate to slam the Royal Family for allowing that to happen to Prince Harry’s “true love.” She was sure that, if Princess Diana was alive, she would never have allowed it to happen to her future daughter-in-law. Samantha had harsh words for the Royals as well.

“To ignore Meghan at the ceremony and for photographs is pure snobbery.”

It is not common for The Queen to meet the women the members of the Royal Family date. She met Kate Middleton five years after Prince William started dating her. The meeting took place in May 2008 at a wedding ceremony. The Queen took three more years to meet Kate’s parents. She met them just before their wedding that took place in 2011.

However, many believe that Meghan Markle’s relation with Prince Harry has developed faster than what happened with Prince William and Kate Middleton, who dated for eight years before walking down the aisle. There are strong rumors that Prince Harry will propose to his girlfriend soon. Bookmakers are favoring the Meghan Markle-Prince Harry wedding to be the next in line in the Royal Family.

The Queen must also be aware that Prince Harry is really serious about his girlfriend this time. According to reports, the Suits actress has already spent a day at The Queen’s private home in Scotland on Prince Harry’s 32nd birthday. However, she has not made any official appearance with Prince Harry so far. According to the Daily Express, Markle is expected to “remain incognito,” even if she is invited to The Queen’s birthday.

Even though Meghan Markle’s sister spoke against the Royals in public, there was no statement from the Suits actress. She obviously does not want to make a false move now, especially when she seems to be all set to make an official entry to the Royal Family.
