‘The Bachelorette’ 2017 Spoilers: Rachel Lindsay Faces Drama With DeMario Jackson In Episode 2
It is time for Episode 2 of Rachel Lindsay’s journey to find love on ABC’s The Bachelorette 2017 season. During the Season 13 premiere, viewers got to meet the bachelors and this group has fans buzzing. A bunch of the gals that Rachel got to know during Nick Viall’s Bachelor season came together to offer Lindsay some advice, and Whitney Fransway mentioned that one of the guys, DeMario Jackson, might not be there for the right reasons. The Bachelorette spoilers detail that there is more ahead regarding this suitor and this should get juicy.
As gossip guru Reality Steve has detailed, DeMario Jackson is a recruiting consultant who is 30-years-old and he lives in Los Angeles, California. He was one of the four bachelors who got to meet Rachel Lindsay during Nick Viall’s “After the Final Rose” special and some were thinking that he could become a potential frontrunner for the final rose after that.
However, Reality Steve’s Bachelorette spoilers have revealed that DeMario is indeed on the show for the wrong reasons. Rachel was told that former castmate Sarah Vendal is connected to Jackson through some college friends and she knew that he had a girlfriend even as he left for filming. Sarah wasn’t brought onto the show, but producers had Whitney give Rachel a heads-up about this.

Viewers were left hanging at the end of the premiere when it came to this potential drama between Lindsay and Jackson, but Bachelorette spoilers reveal that this will be brought up in Episode 2, which airs on Monday, May 30. Will this confrontation be as dramatic as what happened during Ali Fedotowsky’s season with Justin “Rated R” Rego? The way that one played out will be hard to top, but Reality Steve teases that this upcoming situation will be pretty juicy.
A bit of this upcoming chaos was teased in the big Bachelorette spoiler-filled preview for the season when a woman showed up and confronted someone about still having keys to her apartment. The Bachelorette spoilers from Reality Steve indicate that this is related to DeMario and his girlfriend back home and it all goes down during one of Lindsay’s Episode 2 group dates.
Jackson will be on a group date with Lindsay in Episode 2 that involves a day of basketball with an NBA great and TV Guide teases Bachelorette spoilers noting that an unwelcome guest will show up at the afterparty and ask to see Rachel. It is during this date that Jackson’s apparent girlfriend shows up in person to confront him.
It is not at all uncommon to have drama on The Bachelor or The Bachelorette related to a contestant having a significant other at home, but having this gal show up in person does crank things up a notch. Spoilers tease that things get a bit intense as this girlfriend blasts DeMario for his stunt and she’s even got proof on her phone that Jackson isn’t on Lindsay’s season for the right reasons. How will Rachel react?
According to Reality Steve’s Bachelorette spoilers, Lindsay doesn’t take too kindly to Jackson’s shenanigans. She may have been impressed with DeMario initially, but she quickly gives him the boot after his girlfriend-from-home busts him for his antics. He may have made a good first impression during that “ATFR” appearance, but he most definitely does not get Rachel’s final rose.

Show host Chris Harrison had previously said that this contestant might be a bit too smooth and not on the show for the right reasons, but it doesn’t look as if Jackson has any regrets. DeMario shared via his Facebook page that Harrison may or may not have been right and that everybody has to tune in to find out.
Some might suspect that this Bachelorette contestant was never all that into the idea of doing the show anyway, as Life & Style says that DeMario just happened to be discovered by a show recruiter or producer while at a Chipotle restaurant. He seemingly never applied to be on Rachel’s season, but when the offer came out of nowhere, he thought it sounded like a great opportunity and decided to do it.
Rachel Lindsay has said that she does find love this spring, and it doesn’t sound as if she will spend too much time mourning DeMario Jackson’s departure in Episode 2. This situation should make for some buzzworthy drama, however, and fans are anxious to see where things head next on ABC’s The Bachelorette 2017 season.
