‘The Bachelorette’ 2017: Why Rachel Lindsay Isn’t Wearing Her Engagement Ring

The Bachelorette 2017 is just getting started, but Season 13 star Rachel Lindsay has already revealed that she is engaged. While no other star of the show has ever come out before the premiere to reveal that they are engaged, Rachel’s happiness is shining through, and the network has allowed her to reveal the big news. However, one thing that Rachel isn’t revealing is her engagement ring.

According to Extra, Rachel Lindsay is wearing a simple, yet elegant, thin band on her left ring finger to symbolize the engagement. However, the Bachelorette star says that she will not show her actual engagement ring until fans get to see it on the Season 13 finale. The starter ring will have to be enough for now, as viewers are already looking forward to seeing what style of engagement ring Rachel’s future husband has chosen for her.

“You got to be surprised with the Neil Lane bling,” Rachel told Extra’s Mario Lopez.

As many Bachelor and Bachelorette fans know, ring designer Neil Lane offers his services to the men of the show, and both of Rachel’s finalists will choose a ring specifically for her. However, only one of them will get the chance to slip that ring on her finger and ask her to be his wife.

Meanwhile, Rachel also dished on many aspects of her engagement. Lindsay told Lopez that her fiance was very “traditional” when it came to the proposal, as he asked her parents for permission to propose, and he got down on one knee while popping the big question. Rachel added that while she had the ultimate decision on her final choice, her family’s opinion of her final two men weighed on her mind. Thankfully, the Bachelorette star says that her family approves of the man she chose to spend her life with.

In addition, Rachel Lindsay dished on the kind of wedding she plans to have with her fiance. The 32-year-old Dallas lawyer revealed that she’s leaning towards having a big wedding with all of her family members in attendance. She also stated that she “is willing” to have a televised wedding, but for now, she’s more focused on the engagement.

As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Rachel Lindsay had many men vying for her heart during Season 13 of The Bachelorette. However, known Bachelor nation spoiler Reality Steve claims to know which of the guys Rachel chose to become her husband.

The four men who allegedly made it to Rachel Lindsay’s final four are Dr. Bryan Abasolo, a chiropractor from Miami; Dean Unglert, a startup recruiter; Eric Bigger, a personal trainer; and Peter Kraus, a business owner. Rachel accompanied all four men to their hometowns in order to meet their families, but it was Dean Unglert who didn’t make the cut into Rachel’s Bachelorette fantasy suite round.

However, in the end, Rachel reportedly chose Peter Kraus as the Bachelorette Season 13 winner. The two are currently engaged, and Lindsay couldn’t be happier.

“I’m engaged, thank you,” Rachel told the audience on Good Morning America on Monday. “I’m so excited, I’m so happy and I just couldn’t keep it in, so they were like, ‘OK, you can announce it. You can say you’re engaged.'”

Only time will tell how Rachel Lindsay’s fairy tale romance will play out during Season 13 of The Bachelorette and if she and Peter Kraus really are a perfect match. As many viewers know, the majority of the relationships from the franchise don’t end in marriage. However, there are some very strong Bachelor nation couples out there, and fans are hoping that Rachel has found one.
