‘Little People, Big World’ Baby Update: Audrey Roloff Posts New Pregnancy Pic
Little People, Big World’s Zach and Tori Roloff have had the spotlight since the birth of their son, Jackson Kyle, last week, but let’s not forget that Zach’s twin brother Jeremy and his wife Audrey are also expecting their first child — a girl! — in September.
Audrey Roloff posted a new photo of her baby bump on Instagram, talking about a wedding she had just attended with Jeremy and expressing astonishment at how quickly her pregnancy is flying by.
“Farmer and I attended a wedding this weekend (congrats Jake and Courtney!) and we met the most inspiring couple who have been married for 60 years!!!” she wrote. “They won the ‘longest married couple’ dance during the reception, and we eagerly approached them afterwards to dig out their secret to 60 years… I can’t believe I’m almost to my third trimester! When did that happen!? #25weekspregnant #journeyofjerandauj.”
Just last week, TLC posted a cute video of Little People, Big World stars Jeremy, 27, and Audrey, 25, discussing potential names for their baby girl.
“Do you have any favorite names? Because I don’t,” Jeremy asks.
Audrey answers that there are “a few that I like.”
Jeremy goes on to say that he wants their daughter to have a name that’s “a little bit peculiar, but not weird.” Audrey agrees that they should choose “something unique.”
In the clip, the Little People, Big World couple also talk about the possibility of their daughter having dwarfism, like Jeremy’s parents, Matt and Amy Roloff, or his brother, Zach.
“I carry my dad’s gene, but it’s a recessive gene — not a dominant gene — so Audrey would have to carry the same gene,” Jeremy explained.
“Even our doctor told us it’s pretty much impossible for you to have that, and there’s no history of dwarfism in my family,” Audrey added.
Audrey has also been regularly keeping Little People, Big World fans up-to-date on her pregnancy through her blog, which has given people the chance to share their own pregnancy stories with her — which, unfortunately, aren’t always uplifting.
“When we announced we were pregnant, tons of people began informing me about all their pregnancy horror stories. And not even necessarily their own, but they felt compelled to tell me stories about crazy/scary things that happened to their friends of friend, or what they read on the Internet,” she wrote in a post. “It’s baffling to me how people are so quick to warn you of everything that could possibly go wrong, but not so quick to rave about all the indescribable joys that pregnancy brings.”
Audrey likes to focus on the positive side of pregnancy on her blog, including posting a list of the products she’s been using to help her through her first two trimesters. These items include Earth Mama Angel Baby Organic Morning Wellness Tea, Palmer’s Massage Lotion for Stretch Marks and a Comfort U Total Body Support Pillow.
Zach and Tori Roloff have also been the benefactors of Audrey’s keen eye for quality baby and pregnancy products. In a recent TLCme vlog, the new parents revealed that Aunt Audrey and Uncle Jeremy gave Baby Jackson an adorable sheet set from Modern Burlap that has “I am a child of God” printed on them.
Jeremy and Audrey also gave their nephew an adorable blue romper with bear ears to stay warm in during his first winter. In the video, Zach voices his appreciation for the gift, saying that it was “super sweet of Jeremy and Audrey to do that.”
