T.I. & Tiny: Inside Bernice Burgos’ Alleged Plans To Publicly Diss Tiny Harris
T.I. and rumored new girlfriend Bernice Burgos have been hitting the headlines with their romance over the past few weeks, and now sources are claiming that Burgos has big plans to publicly diss the rapper’s estranged wife Tiny Harris (Tameka Cottle).
According to reports, Bernice is allegedly planning to “steal the spotlight” from Tiny in a major way when Harris and her Xscape bandmates make their much anticipated comeback by performing at Essence Music Festival in July.
As reported by Billboard, Tiny and her bandmates Kandi Burruss, LaTocha Scott and Tamika Scott are planning to make their big comeback on July 2, when the festival hits the Superdome in New Orleans, however it sounds like things may not go so smoothly if T.I.’s (also known as TIP) rumored new girlfriend has her way.
“Bernice is working on getting a booking for Essence Music Festival,” a source alleged to Hollywood Life, claiming that Burgos supposedly “started scheming and thinking of all the ways to get herself booked” in an attempt to steal Tiny’s spotlight and get in front of the cameras herself.
“Bernice might even host a party the same night as Tiny’s show,” the outlet’s insider continued of the Instagram model’s alleged diss plans. “She’s plotting all the ways to steal the spotlight.”
The latest diss claims come just one day after it was alleged that Tiny was left seriously upset after T.I. presented their son Major with a slew of gifts from Bernice as they were celebrating his ninth birthday.
Though Burgos did not attend the party, a source alleged to Hollywood Life that Bernice supposedly sent a number of gifts for the youngster via T.I. which he then gave out as Tiny looked on.
Alleging that things “turned into a living nightmare” after T.I. gave Major the gifts from Bernice, a source claimed that Tiny was seriously unhappy that her estranged husband “still managed to throw [Bernice] in Tiny’s face” even though she wasn’t even in attendance.
T.I., Tiny Harris and Bernice Burgos haven’t confirmed the latest allegations, though Burgos and Harris have made no secret of the fact that they’re not exactly each other’s biggest fans as Tiny – who married T.I. back in 2010 – and the Instagram model recently came to blows on social media before the rapper slammed a fan who accused him and Harris of faking their divorce for ratings for their reality show.
As reported by Bossip in April, Bernice took to Snapchat to post a video of herself and a friend listening to an Xscape song as rumors began to swirl that she was dating T.I. following his and Harris’s separation, after which Tiny seriously hit back in the comments section.
“Funny… that man [you’re] speaking of was laid up with his wife last night,” Tiny hit back, seemingly referring to T.I. “So quit being petty because clearly [you’re] getting lied to,” she then added before throwing out a diss by referring to Burgos as her “fan.”
Bernice then hit back at Tiny with a scathing message of her own, in which she told T.I.’s estranged wife to “grow up.”
“If [you’re] so laid up with him then why [are you] so pressed about me?” Burgos asked in her pretty scathing response.
Rumors swirled after the two were first spotted together that Burgos may have had something to do with Tiny filing for divorce from T.I. after six years of marriage, though Bernice has always denied claims she was involved in the T.I. & Tiny: The Family Hustle stars split.
Though Bernice and T.I. are still yet to officially confirm they’re dating and getting serious, Hollywood Life is reporting that things are moving along for the two despite the drama with Tiny.
According to the site, T.I. is so protective of Burgos that he’s allegedly “banned” her from appearing in other rapper’s music videos.
