Guy Ritchie Baby: Director Welcomes Daughter With Finacee Jacqui Ainsley
Guy Ritchie is a dad for the fourth time.
People magazine reports that Ritchie, 44, and his 31-year-old fiancée Jacqui Ainsley welcomed their second child together – a daughter – earlier this week in London.
“We can confirm that Guy and Jacqui are the proud parents of a new baby girl. Mother and baby are doing well,” the British producer-director’s rep said.
While no other details regarding the birth of Ritchie’s daughter have been revealed, there is no doubt Guy is over the moon with the arrival of his baby girl.
“They are both utterly delighted at the birth,” a friend of the couple told The Sun. “The fact they now have a girl is an added bonus – Guy always wanted a boy and a girl.”
Guy and Jacqui, who began dating in 2010 and announced their engagement last month, are already parents to a son named Rafael, who was born in September 2011.
In addition his two children with Ainsley, Ritchie is also dad to sons Rocco, 12, and David, 7, from his previous marriage with Madonna which ended in 2008.
USA Today reports professionally, things are also on the upswing for Guy Ritchie.
After directing Sherlock Holmes (Ritchie’s most financially successful film to date) in 2009 and its sequel, Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows in 2011, it was announced in June 2012 that Ritchie would direct an adaptation of Treasure Island by Robert Louis Stevenson.
