Charlie Sheen Offers Angus T. Jones A Role On ‘Anger Management’
Charlie Sheen offered Angus T. Jones a job on his FX show, Anger Management. Sheen has been on a very benevolent path as of late. As previously reported by The Inquisitr, Sheen forked over a bid wad of cash to help Lindsay Lohan with her tax troubles. Charlie might be Hollywood’s resident party boy, but he appears to have a big heart when it comes to a friend in need.
Angus T. Jones has a spot on the FX comedy series any time he wants to make the move from Two and a Half Men, according to Sheen’s statements during an ABCNews interview. During a video Jones’ created for the Forerunner Christian Church, he referred to the Chuck Lorre show as “filth,” and urged viewers to stop watching the series. After Sheen was killed-off the CBS sitcom and Ashton Kutcher joined the cast, the show’s ratings never quite recovered.
Charlie Sheen had this to say during his job offer to Angus T. Jones:
“My former ‘nephew’ is welcome at the Goodson Anger Management home anytime. It is radically clear to me that the show [Two and a Half Men] is cursed. I dare anyone to spend 10 years in the laugh-track that is Churck Lorre’s hive of oppression and not suffer some form of emotional tsunami.”
Two and a Half Men is now in its 10th season. Angus T. Jones’ character “Jake” may likely be written out of the series if it is renewed for another season, according to the Huffington Post. Since the character joined the Army, he does not appear in many episodes of the once very popular series.
