Jennifer Aniston And Justin Theroux Redo $21 Million Mansion Before Wedding
Bel Air, CA – Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux are overhauling their $21 million Bel Air mansion before tying the knot. The California estate has been under construction for quite some time but is really taking shape now and work will soon be completed.
Aniston her fiancé reportedly purchased the 8,500-square foot home at the beginning of the year. The property makeover is slated for completion by 2013, before the actress walks down the aisle, according to the Daily Mail.
The former Friends star has allegedly been shopping for furniture at some of the most luxurious shops in Los Angeles. Jennifer has also supposedly had the on-site vineyard torn out to make room for a Jacuzzi and pool complex.
The Los Angeles area mansion was supposedly listed for $25 million, but Aniston and Theroux were allegedly able to snag the palatial estate for about $4 million less than the asking price, according to the Huffington Post. The couple’s mansion is nestled along the Santa Monica mountains in one of the region’s most expensive and exclusive areas. Jennifer Aniston’s home reportedly boasts a view of the Pacific Ocean.
The movie star’s high profile neighbors in the gated community reportedly include Nicholas Cage, Hugh Hefner, and Laruen Bacall. While the couple awaits the completion of their mansion makeover project, they are supposedly living in a lavish home in Beverly Hills. Although the digs are temporary, the house reportedly offers plenty of room for overnight guests and entertaining.
Jenifer, 43, and Justin 41, reportedly became inseparable after they began dating in May 2011. The pair got engaged in the summer of 2012. The wedding is expected to be a low-key ceremony with approximately 50 members of their families and close friends in attendance.
