Drake & Jennifer Lopez Break Up As He Moves On With Nicki Minaj?

Have Drake and Jennifer Lopez undergone a breakup after Nicki Minaj took to Twitter to post a shot of herself spending some time with the rapper?

Fans have been doing a whole lot of speculating about the nature of Nicki and Drake’s relationship after the two were spotted together in snaps both posted social media this week, with some social media users even speculating Drake and Lopez could have split and that he’s now getting close to Minaj.

“Drake and Nicki got back together?! What happened to JLo? dios mio” @alexflocka tweeted after seeing Drake and Minaj together on social media despite his rumored romance with Jennifer as rumors swirl that he and Lopez may have suffered a breakup.

“Is Drake back with Nicki? Because just yesterday he was with Jlo,” @Edache__ added amid the Jennifer and Drake breakup speculation.

Meanwhile, @jenuhh wrote of Lopez and Drake’s possible split, “So Drake and Nicki are flirting again… what happened to Jlo? I’m so confused. Is she still with Drake?”

Another fan even claimed that Lopez could have already moved on from her rumored boyfriend after the Mirror alleged that Jennifer may have “dumped” Drake after she was supposedly spotted partying with a mystery man in Miami earlier this week.

“JLo got back with her ex and Drake tryna chill wit Nicki,” @L_Z_A speculated as the breakup rumors swirl around the Drake and Jennifer shortly after the rapper publicly gushed over ex-girlfriend Rihanna.

Celebuzz also alluded to a possible Jennifer and Drake breakup last week, claiming that Jennifer and the Canadian rapper may already have called it quits after Drake was spotted out with adult actress Rosee Devine.

The Drake and Jennifer breakup rumors then only intensified this week after fans began to speculate about the current state of Drake and Lopez’s dating life after Nicki and Drake posted two shots of themselves, one including Lil Wayne, spending some time together in the studio to Instagram.

Drake and Minaj’s studio reunion comes after a whole lot of speculation about the two last year after sources claimed that the rapper may have been looking to start dating Minaj before the Lopez dating rumors began to swirl, despite Nicki being in a relationship with Meek Mill at the time.

Hollywood Life alleged last year that Drake’s supposed plan following his October breakup with Rihanna was to “date around the block for a cool minute until the woman he truly wants is single,” claiming that the lady he was looking to get together with was Nicki.

“She’s the epitome of everything he wants in a woman,” an insider claimed last year of the rapper’s supposed feelings for Nicki Minaj prior to Drake reportedly dating Jennifer Lopez. “The dude is infatuated with her.”

But as the rumors swirl, Jennifer and Drake have never officially commented on their relationship. However, Lopez did spark speculation that their dating may actually have been a publicity stunt after telling Entertainment Tonight earlier this month that the two were working on a song together when asked about her dating life.

“He just asked me to do a song with him and that’s what we’ve been doing,” Lopez said when asked about her relationship with the “Take Care” rapper on January 18. “We’ll see if it’s on his next album.”

Jennifer’s comments came after a whole lot of speculation surrounding the authenticity of her and Drake dating after Page Six claimed that Lopez’s relationship with the rapper — which first hit the headlines after the two posted a number of sweet snaps together to social media in December — was supposedly “fake.”

The site alleged in January that Lopez and Drake were supposedly dating as a publicity stunt, claiming that the twosome were out and about together in an attempt to drum up publicity for their new single, even before Jennifer confirmed their collaboration and weeks prior to Drake’s recent sighting with Nicki.

“This relationship is fake, it is just a publicity stunt to publicize their record together,” a source alleged of Lopez and the rapper’s romance, though neither Jennifer nor Drake have confirmed the fake dating allegations or rumors claiming Drake is now getting close to Nicki. “If Jennifer and Drake were really dating, they’d be way more private about it.”
