The Weeknd Writing New Album About Selena Gomez Romance: Bella Hadid Jealous?

The Weeknd is so obsessed with Selena Gomez, he is already working on writing songs about their relationship, it has been claimed.

The singer, who released his latest album, Starboy, just three months ago, reportedly wants to get back in the studio to lay down his vocals on the forthcoming tracks he plans to dedicate to his new girlfriend.

Reports have claimed that the R&B singer, whose real name is Abel Tesfaye, is head over heels in love with the 24-year-old, having branded his newest romance as his most authentic one yet, which somewhat seems to be a slight dig at ex-girlfriend Bella Hadid.

In any case, The Weeknd is having such a good time with Selena, and since he’s always coming up with new ideas for the songs he plans to release in the future, all he can think about right now is penning new hits about his relationship with the “Hands To Myself” songstress.

According to Hollywood Life, there’s no actual word on whether the new songs will ever see the light of day for The Weeknd’s hardcore fans, nor has it been revealed on whether these tracks could potentially feature on his next album.

What seems to be certain, however, is that Abel can’t get enough of Selena, and one way that he likes to share his feelings about certain people in his life is by writing songs about them, The Huffington Post reveals, which often make the cut for his story-driven albums.

“Plans are still being made but The Weeknd wants to write [music] with Selena. Even if it never makes it to the studio he feels that is the biggest connection he can make with her is to share his art. He thinks it would be the icing on the cake of a full day of good times!”

In January, it was even claimed that Abel had been planning to organize a studio session with Gomez, eager to collaborate with the woman he is already alleged to have branded as the love of his life.

It’s no secret that Selena is currently working on her own music, as confirmed by Harper’s Bazaar. So, for The Weeknd to already be one step ahead and approach his girlfriend with the idea of writing a duet together could not only solidify their relationship but also guarantee them a possible number one hit on the Billboard Hot 100.

At this given point, The Weeknd and Selena Gomez are both on the same page as far as their love for one another is concerned.

They don’t necessarily need to collaborate on a song together to let the world know how much they care for one another, but as the source mentioned, Abel shares his feelings through songs, and right now, all he can think about is Selena.

News of The Weeknd wanting to write songs about his girlfriend comes just two weeks after reports claimed that the hitmaker’s ex-partner, Bella Hadid, has demanded the likes of Kylie and Kendall Jenner to keep their distance from the “Come And Get It” pop princess.

Bella hasn’t been the same since finding out that her ex-boyfriend had started seeing someone she had considered a good friend of hers, labeling Selena as a backstabber and a traitor, who is already said to have lost her friendship ties with Gigi, the Jenner girls, and Taylor Swift’s entire girl squad, it’s been alleged.

The Weeknd and Selena have stayed away from the drama that the twosome have found themselves in since announcing their romance to the world. A source close to Gomez claims that the singer couldn’t be happier with Abel, and if people are going to turn their backs on her for that, she couldn’t care less.
