Barack Obama’s vacation outfit showed the rest of the world that the most popular former commander-in-chief of the United States of America is enjoying life after the presidency.
The former president of the United States of America looked relaxed and ready to hit the beach when the media caught up with him on the British Virgin Islands.
Barack Obama’s vacation outfit featured a shirt, shorts, flip-flops and a baseball cap that was put on backwards eliciting guffaws and well-wishes from fans of the former commander-in-chief.
Former First Lady, Michelle Obama, also looked beach-ready with a blue-top, a white throw-over and a fedora hat ensemble. The former First Couple waved to passersby while they went their way across Richard Branson’s island resort.
Barack Obama’s vacation with Michelle consisted of a long stay at Branson’s paradise island. The former First Couple arrived at Branson’s Necker Island over a week ago but the lovely couple didn’t seem eager to leave as photos of them showed the Obamas lounging about along with their host.
According to BuzzFeed , people who saw photos of the Obamas on vacation were glad that the former commander-in-chief was making the most out of his much-deserved retirement and they were eager to express their joy on social media.
Twitter user called “The Undefeated” posted a simple and straightforward message on social media telling the former commander-in-chief that he deserves the vacation he’s enjoying right now.

Another Twitter user named Chris Albon shared the same sentiment saying that Barack Obama’s vacation is much needed after serving the country as the nation’s president.
Most sentiments of Barack Obama’s fans indicate that they’re happy he’s having a grand time kicking back and enjoying the sunshine at the Caribbean.
But a lot of them are also hoping that the former commander-in-chief would hurry up and get back stateside to help fix the country despite the fact that he’s no longer head of the nation.
Some Twitter users expressed this sentiment online saying that Barack Obama’s vacation is great but they need him more back home because they really miss him.
Twitter user Kat Gee referenced Player’s 1977 hit song “Baby Get Back” on her account telling Barack Obama that he really should return to the United States because they need him now more than ever.
Robin Thede, another Twitter user, said on her account that the former president had on his baseball cap backwards like it was the 1990s. Then she ended her message with a shout-out to the former commander-in-chief to get his “ASS BACK HERE.” But of course she wrote it with respect to the former president.
A peek inside Barack Obama’s vacation.
Elle released a funny article about former President Barack Obama’s retirement trip and it was written as a mock diary of the 44 th President of the United States of America while on vacation.
The article looked like entries in Barack Obama’s personal journal slightly mocking the former president for trying to act cool despite having a rigid and stoic personality.
One entry showed Barack was needlessly pondering on how to wear his baseball cap backwards worrying that he might look like Will Smith on The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air if it was positioned in a specific way.
The former president said:
“I’ve decided to turn the baseball cap backwards myself. I had thought of waiting for a stylist to arrive to do it for me. I don’t want to look like a rube. Is there a particular vertical angle I should be going for? And how about horizontal? Am I going for a Will Smith as the Fresh Prince thing? Are the ’90s back? Are the ’60s back? Am I back? Should I go back?”
Seeing how much Americans miss their former commander-in-chief he really should return home but not after he’s done with his vacation.
Despite the urge to have him return home where he can help others fix the country, former President Barack Obama’s vacation is a much deserved respite and one that should end by his own choosing.
