Octomom Nadya Suleman’s former nanny was issued a temporary restraining order on behalf of one of the children. Gina Bryson maintains that there is no basis for the TRO from Suleman’s 11-year-old son Elijah, according to Radar Online .

Although the order was issued on Friday, news of the latest development in the Octomom saga did not catch national attention until today. The former nanny to the brood of 14, claims that Suleman’s camp waited until today to share the news to garner more traffic from social media networks.

Bryson had this to say about the legal matter:

“Nadya is a sick woman that has her definitions confused as she has claimed that I was obsessed with her children; the correct verbiage is love, I do love them and will continue to try to protect them against their mother’s neglect, abuse and obsession to use them to make a profit from.”

The former nanny also stated her shock that the adults that filed for Eli were willing to “blatantly lie” to court officials to get the temporary restraining order. She maintains that there is no proof that she ever harassed any of the children in the Octomom’s large family.

Suleman’s former nanny also had this to say during an interview with Radar Online :

“It is one thing to make up lies to sell them to a media outlet, but perjuriously filing a restraining order can result in criminal persecution and jail time. When I was being served, the Sheriff’s Deputy expressed to me that I was the first person he had served that seemed happy to receive a temporary restraining order from him. I told him I had some faith in the justice system and the truth on my side.”
