‘RHOC’ Star Meghan King Edmonds Calls Vicki Gunvalson ‘Effed Up’ And Former ‘RHOA’ NeNe Leakes ‘Nasty’
There’s no love lost between Real Housewives of Orange County’s Meghan King Edmonds and Vicki Gunvalson. Edmonds was recently on The Domenick Nati Show and slammed Gunvalson for her behavior last season. What did Edmonds say about her RHOC co-star?
During the interview on The Domenick Nati Show, Nati asked Edmonds about Gunvalson’s topless photo incident. Although Edmonds admitted that it was “completely inappropriate,” she also wasn’t surprised by Gunvalson’s shocking behavior.
“The setting in which she did it was completely inappropriate – we were out to dinner,” Edmonds shared. “But that’s Vicki, she’s completely inappropriate. You gotta consider the person who you’re talking about and just make a sweeping judgment.”
Edmonds continued, “She’s an attention seeker. She’s really dramatic and she does like attention but I think people who are dramatic they love attention. They’re going to give whatever reaction works for getting more attention, whether they know it consciously or not… I don’t think Vicki really sees herself for who she is a lot of the times.”
On a more positive note, Edmonds also talked about her favorite housewife. The reality star doesn’t watch a lot of television because of her new baby, but she revealed that her brother, who lives in New York, is good friends with Real Housewives of New York star Carole Radziwill.
“I don’t watch TV but I know Carole Radziwill from New York because she and my brother co-parent a dog together so I pick Carole,” Edmonds said.
When it comes to her least favorite housewife, Meghan King Edmonds didn’t hesitate to throw Gunvalson’s name in the mix. While on The Domenick Nati Show, the new mom told Nati that Gunvalson’s cancer scam is one of the main reasons she doesn’t like her.
“Vicki, I would say Vicki, I don’t mind her that much I just don’t like the faking cancer thing, I think that’s really effed up,” she stated, before adding that former Real Housewives of Atlanta star NeNe Leakes “would be extremely intimidating because she’s kind of nasty.”
The interview also delved into politics. While Edmonds admitted that she voted for Hillary Clinton in the latest presidential elections, she is taking a positive approach to Donald Trump’s first term as president.
“I’m not a Donald Trump fan. I don’t like bigotry and hatred. I like positivity and looking for the best in people but I understand that we do have a flawed system,” Edmonds explained. “He is coming from a place of truth in a lot of things that he said, I just wish he would be a little bit more tactful about the way he said it.”
Edmonds challenged President-elect Trump to do good while in office and surround himself with people who will make a positive impact on the world. Even still, Edmonds admitted that things might get a little scary over the next four years.
“But now that he is our President I’m just trying to be really positive and hope that he can do a good job and I hope the American people knew what the hell they were doing because it can be a little scary I think.”
When asked about her least favorite celebrity, Edmonds surprisingly revealed that she once fought with Kid Rock. Edmonds met the rock star at a get-together at her husband’s home in Idaho and walked away with a completely different view of music.
“Probably Kid Rock. He’s a masochist, he’s a chauvinist,” she stated. “We got into it a little bit and then he apologized. It kind of changed the way I think about lyrics and songs… they’re just lyrics. Now I think about lyrics differently.”
