Adrienne Bailon Accused Of ‘Imitating’ Tamar Braxton Amid ‘The Real’ Feud

Tamar Braxton was sensationally fired from The Real back in May, but her name certainly hasn’t stopped being associated with the daytime talk show in the months that have followed her departure, and now Braxton’s drama with her former co-stars is being called into question once again when it comes to former friend Adrienne Bailon.

Just days after Tamar once again slammed The Real following her firing and amid her long reported alleged feud with her former co-stars, even going as far as to claim that God removed her from the show to “protect her,” fans are now accusing Adrienne of “imitating” Braxton on The Real, claiming that Bailon has been copying Tamar’s mannerisms in recent episodes of the Fox show.

Some The Real fans accused Adrienne of adopting a Tamar-esque demeanor on recent episodes of the daytime talk show, taking to social media to accuse Bailon, who recently wed husband Israel Houghton, of “imitating” Braxton’s actions amid their feud.

“I mean I Iike Adrienne but homegirl is out her imitating Tamar every chance she gets… she even stole Tamar’s segment. Like gurrrl chill,” @zuhayr_benjamin tweeted of Bailon, adding, “I like Adrienne but sometimes she works on my last nerve when she tries to impersonate Tamar. It’s LITERALLY so annoying.”

Fans even accused Bailon’s recent performance of “Little Drummer Boy” with Houghton on the show last month, which marked their first TV performance as a married couple, of being similar to Tamar’s past performance on the series with her husband, Vince Herbert.

“Anyone else realize how Adrienne bailout performance with her hubby is similar to Tamar Braxton’s performance with hers?” @Breiabrown tweeted out of The Real performance, while @iKrys526 wrote of Adrienne and Israel, “[I like] Adrienne & Israel BUT they slightly annoy me on The Real. They really taking over Tamar & Vince roles.”

The “imitation” accusations come shortly after Adrienne appeared to confirm that she and Tamar are now longer on friendly terms and locked in a feud, despite claiming during Braxton’s time on The Real that they were extremely close friend, as Tamar was noticeably absent from Bailon’s November wedding with Houghton.

Neither Bailon nor Braxton have ever spoken out about Tamar allegedly being snubbed from Adrienne and Israel’s big day and it’s not clear if Braxton was in fact incited to the wedding but opted not to attend, though Tamar’s latest association with The Real comes shortly after Braxton once again took serious aim at her former co-hosts amid reports of a nasty feud.

Tamar Braxton slammed her former show by throwing some serious shade at her former The Real co-hosts during an appearance on The T.D Jakes Show on December 19, in which she slammed Adrienne Bailon, Tamera Mowry-Housley, Jeannie Mai and Loni Love by joking about rumors the show is suffering from poor ratings in the wake of her firing.

“Ain’t that terrible Lord Jesus,” Tamar joked when Jakes mentioned that The Real’s ratings had allegedly slipped in the wake of Braxton’s firing, before Braxton then claimed that God removed her from the daytime talk show back in May to “protect her” after being asked if she would ever return.

“I would have to really pray about it and think about it, because I would have to pay attention to why God removed me from that situation,” Tamar admitted when asked by Jakes if she’d be willing to reclaim her seat on the co-hosting panel.

“I believe He removed me from that situation to protect me from them,” the Braxton Family Values star continued.

But while Tamar’s words were pretty scathing on the show, Braxton did then clarify her latest shade on Instagram, which came after Braxton previously called her former co-stars “phony b*****s” before then revealing that they were no longer friends and had not spoken since her departure back in August, seemingly confirming a nasty feud.

Braxton clarified her latest shade on the social media site by posting a lip of her slam, claiming in the caption that she was “joking” amid the feud claims after fans stated that Tamar might have gone a little too far with her scathing words aimed at Adrienne and the rest of her former The Real co-workers.

“This was my answer… I was only joking… which I guess is the OLD word for shade,” Tamar wrote of her latest The Real shade. “FYI… I don’t wish ANYONE harm, bad luck, or cancelations, but I truly wish the girls, AND The Real good luck and may God smile upon you! NOW… Can we put the ‘so called feud’ to rest??”
