Taylor Kinney And Lady Gaga Are Still Friends Despite Their Breakup

Taylor Kinney and Lady Gaga are rumored to be back together, according to TMZ. When the “Poker Face” singer uploaded a snap of the Chicago Fire actor and her mom, Instagram went nuts!

But Taylor Kinney and Lady Gaga are not back together despite the wide-spread rumors. It’s been nearly half a year since the two broke up after five years together, so it was rather confusing for their fans when the singer shared the snap on her Instagram account this week.

According to sources cited by TMZ, Taylor Kinney and Lady Gaga are doing the conscious uncoupling thing. Meaning: they still talk from time to time, unlike most other couples that break up.

While most other ex-boyfriends would just run away, Taylor Kinney actually paid a visit to Lady Gaga’s Shared Kindness event in New York City when he found out about it. The “Bad Romance” singer is currently in Europe with her mother, Cynthia, who helps her out with the Born This Way Foundation.

In a move that would certainly be interpreted as Lady Gaga and Taylor Kinney rekindling their romance after the headline-making split in July, the “Perfect Illusion” singer uploaded the Instagram snap showing the actor and her mom on Tuesday.

In the photo, Taylor Kinney and Lady Gaga’s mom are seen smiling while dropping letters into a large box. In another snap, the “Perfect Illusion” singer is seen shaking hands with Prince Charles during the Royal Variety Performance at Eventim Apollo in London.

Even though Taylor Kinney and Lady Gaga definitely have differences between them, the fact that they’ve remained on friendly terms is seen as an indication that the two could still rekindle their romance. But for many people, the fact that they’ve managed to end their relationship on good terms is seen as good news, regardless of whether the pair will reconcile in the future.

Lady Gaga’s Instagram snap showing Taylor Kinney and her mom was part of her efforts to promote the #ShareKindness campaign, which the “Bad Romance” singer’s Born This Way Foundation recently launched in collaboration with Today.

Lady Gaga and Taylor Kinney still continue supporting each other’s advocacy, and the Chicago Fire actor is showing a great share of support to the charity foundation established by his ex-fiancé and her mom back in 2012.

The charity foundation’s goal is to promote youth empowerment and inspire bravery around the world. Over the years of their relationship, Taylor Kinney had been very supportive of the cause and helped the foundation tackle such issues as bullying, low self-esteem, and career development issues.

While the exact details of their split remain under wraps, it was reported that Taylor Kinney allegedly wanted to start a family in the near future, while the 30-year-old singer-turned-actress still intends to focus on her career.

The first time Lady Gaga was spotted without the engagement ring on her finger was in early July 2016. Ever since then, Taylor Kinney and the “Joanne” singer haven’t been spotted together. But at least the two are still talking despite their differences.

According to sources, Taylor Kinney and Lady Gaga still share an affection for one another as well as have a great deal of respect for each other. In her interview with Howard Stern two months ago, the singer praised her ex-fiancé for being very supportive and loving even though she had gone through the “creative transformation.”

It’s unclear whether or not that “creative transformation” could also be the reason of Taylor Kinney and Lady Gaga break up. The former lovebirds met on the set of the “You and I” music video.
