Drake Spotted With JLo Again — Are These Two Hollywood’s Hottest New Couple?
Another Hollywood couple might be in the works! Drake was once again spotted hanging out with Jennifer Lopez in Las Vegas last week. Are they Hollywood’s hottest new couple?
Hollywood Life reports that Drake attended another one of Lopez’s concerts in Vegas over the weekend. The rapper watched JLo’s performance at Planet Hollywood on December 11 and followed it up with another show on Saturday. She even snapped a selfie with Drake and captioned the adorable photo with “#lovehim.”
An insider revealed that Drake is open to dating Lopez and considers her one of his idols. The rapper reportedly almost lost it when he met JLo face to face and snapped “about three dozen selfies” with the music icon.
According to Unreality TV, Drake and Lopez also got a little extra cozy backstage. In addition to the cute selfies, Drake reportedly couldn’t stop hugging JLo and got extremely flirty with her all night.
“[Drake] couldn’t stop complimenting her, hugging her and you already know he was checking out her banging body from head-to-toe,” an insider revealed. “He was flirty with her the entire time… telling her how she’s f***ing ageless and beautiful. He was being typical Drake, trying to make [Jennifer] fall in love with him.”
Luckily, both Drake and Lopez are free to see each other. Drake just ended his romance with Rihanna while JLo parted ways with her boyfriend, Casper Smart. Is another relationship on the horizon for the two stars?
“If the opportunity comes to date her – he would not say no,” the source continued. “But he’s respectful, he would pursue her if he thought she would be interested.”
According to E! News, Drake also shared a photo of him holding Lopez’s baseball cap. “Sure I’ll hold your diamond encrusted fitted while you catch this Vegas body #Jenny,” he wrote alongside the image.
Lopez hit back, writing, “Look who rolled up to my show tonight to say hi!!”
Something is clearly going on between Drake and Lopez, but when did their romance start? It may have begun during Lopez’s electric performance at the 2013 Grammys, which received an awestruck response from Drake.
Lopez also gave a shout out to Drake during the 2015 American Music Awards. Lopez hosted the ceremony and gave an amazing dance routine to all the year’s hit songs, including Drake’s “Hotline Bling.”
More recently, Lopez referenced one of Drake’s song during an appearance on The Tonight Show. In one on Jimmy Fallon’s hilarious skits, “Ew!,” Lopez twerked to Drake and Rihanna’s hit collaboration, “Work.” This marked the third instance where Lopez danced to one of Drake’s songs in front of the cameras.
Drake and Lopez, at the very least, are huge fans of each other. Now that they’ve met face to face in public, it looks like a romance is definitely brewing behind the scenes. Whether or not anything becomes of their interactions is yet to be seen, though an inside source told Hollywood Life that Drake couldn’t stop thinking about the possibilities.
“He’s obsessed with her,” the insider shared. “This is crazy, he posted pix of her on his social media at her Las Vegas concert – he never does that.”
Another source added, “You should see his camera roll. He felt like Kim Kardashian because he must have taken about 3 dozen selfies with JLo.”
While fans would undoubtedly love to see Drake and JLo together, neither of them have commented on the nature of their relationship. If Drake keeps this up, however, it won’t be long until they announce something about their romance. Hopefully, that will happen sooner rather than later.
