Miley Cyrus And Liam Hemsworth Will Reportedly Get Married In Byron Bay

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth may be ready to tie the knot.

After initially getting engaged in 2012 and becoming re-engaged about one year ago, Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth are reportedly planning to get married in Byron Bay, Australia — and they may be buying a $4.5 million home nearby.

“They’re getting married on the beach,” a source told Australia’s OK! Magazine, via a report by the Daily Mail on December 14. “[Miley Cyrus]’s usually really open, but this is one thing she’s being secretive about. She doesn’t want any of the details getting out. She’s sworn her family to secrecy. They’ve all made a pact not to say anything.”

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth struck up a romance while filming 2010’s The Last Song, but after becoming engaged, they parted ways in 2013. At the time, Cyrus was getting ready to release her Bangerz album and had engaged in a number of racy projects, including a wild performance with Robin Thicke at the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards.

During their time off from their relationship, Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth reportedly dated a number of celebrities, including Patrick Schwarzenegger, Mike Will Made It, Jared Leto, Stella Maxwell, Nina Adgal, January Jones and Eiza Gonzales. However, they ultimately chose to rekindle their romance at the end of last year and after appearing together publicly during casual outings in Los Angeles, Cyrus was seen with her engagement ring back on.

Since then, fans have been wondering when Miley Cyrus and her actor fiancé will tie the knot, but when it comes to a revelation about their future wedding, both Cyrus and Hemsworth have stayed silent.

In addition to their possible wedding in Australia, Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth may be ready to put some roots down in his native country. Although the couple has not yet confirmed plans to move out of Los Angeles, a source days ago claimed Cyrus and Hemsworth were allegedly looking at a home located next to his brother, Chris Hemsworth, and his wife, Elsa Pataky.

“They were in town about two or three weeks ago, his (Liam’s) brother would have been the one to tell them about the property,” a source told The Daily Telegraph on December 9. “It is so private and such a beautiful area. It has its own private beach and there is only one private road in. You’d practically need a chopper to get in there if you wanted to get pictures of them.”

According to the report, the home includes over 12,000 square feet and is situated in an adjoining property from Chris Hemworth and Elsa Pataky’s $7 million home, which they purchased in 2014.

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth may be staying mum about their future plans, but during a recent appearance on The Ellen Degeneres Show, the singer and actress opened up about her Neil Lane engagement ring, which was originally given to her by Hemsworth in early 2012.

“This is really weird because this is like real jewelry and most of my jewelry is made out of gummy bears and cotton candy and they don’t look that good together because they kind of mix up,” Miley Cyrus explained to host Ellen DeGeneres, according to a report by Us Weekly. “So sometimes I replace it with an actual unicorn or a Looney Tune [character].”

“He’s kind of like, ‘What’s going on?'” Cyrus continued. “[And] I am like, ‘This isn’t really my aesthetic, but I’ll wear it because you love me.”

Miley Cyrus may be staying mum on her relationship, but when it comes to her career, she’s been gushing over her time on The Voice Season 11 — and her upcoming return to the show for Season 13.
