Nicki Minaj And Meek Mill Drama Exposed As Publicity Stunt? Inside Their Alleged ‘Fight’ And Breakup

Nicki Minaj and Meek Mill appear to have broken up once again according to their cryptic Instagram posts, but is their latest drama just another publicity stunt?

According to Urban Islandz, many fans aren’t buying reports claiming that Mill and Minaj have split, accusing the two of ramping up their drama on social media as a publicity stunt to promote their upcoming new music releases.

Despite posting cozy snaps of each other to Instagram over the past few weeks, Nicki and Meek appeared to allude to a breakup on the social media site last week after Minaj appeared to claim that her boyfriend of around two years does not see her worth.

“Your value doesn’t decrease based on someone’s inability to see your worth,” Minaj wrote on Instagram on December 10, before then following up her post with a tweet that read, “I’m worth it.”

Nicki then went on to add even more fuel to the breakup fire, posting lyrics from Beyoncé’s 2011 hit “Best Thing I Never Had” in which she claimed she “dodged a bullet” alongside a photo of Chanel slides.

The posts quickly sent the breakup rumor mill into overdrive, though sources alleged that Nicki and Meek’s supposed drama may have been nothing more than a publicity stunt after the twosome were accused of faking their relationship drama earlier this year.

After Minaj and Mill exchanged scathing words back in November, Urban Islandz claimed that the duo, who began dating in 2014, were no strangers to amplifying their drama on social media to create buzz and promote their music.

A Nicki source alleged to the site last month that after Minaj and Meek slammed each other on Instagram, including Minaj seemingly claiming that Mill was “ungrateful,” the couple were actually very much together during the supposed drama.

“Even while they were fighting on social media they were still texting each other and laughing,” a source close to the Nicki and her boyfriend of two years alleged to the site last month.

“I would understand why some folks would see it as a publicity stunt,” continued the source amid the publicity stunt rumors that surrounded Minaj and Mill’s alleged breakup. “The way Nicki sees it, there is no such thing as bad publicity because publicity is what get your brand out there and make people more interested in your music.”

But while sources are claiming that Nicki Minaj and Meek Mill’s latest split drama may be nothing more than a publicity stunt, Urban Islandz also alleged earlier this week that Minaj and Mill did in fact have an argument that allegedly lead to a breakup and Nicki potentially banning her boyfriend from her vacation in Turks and Caicos.

According to an insider who spoke to the site, despite the publicity stunt rumors surrounding their supposed split, there may have been a real drama between the couple as a source claimed that Nicki and Mill did have an argument before Minaj jetted off on vacation, which Meek was allegedly supposed to join her on.

A source claimed that Nicki and Meek allegedly “had an argument” before they were supposed to fly out to the tropical location together, causing Meek to drop out of the trip at the last minute and the couple to allegedly split.

“I don’t think anyone really believes that they will be broken up for long but they did have a fight and he was supposed to come down to the Caribbean but didn’t,” the Nicki source alleged to the site of the supposed breakup, claiming that Minaj and Mill have in fact split amid the latest round of breakup rumors.

“This is just really become the norm for them,” added the insider of Meek and Minaj’s latest reported breakup, “so just give them a couple of days they will be back on [Instagram] stunting.”

The site then went on to claim that Nicki may even have been showing her on/off again boyfriend what he’s missing following their alleged split, showing off photos from her trip to the British Overseas Territory on Instagram after Mill returned to the social media site earlier this week after deleting his account amid the Nicki breakup claims.

Posting a snap of herself in a bikini and a cover up by the pool to Instagram on December 12 after the split reports hit the headlines, Minaj flaunted her curves alongside the caption, “Sex me on the beach in Turks & Caicos” before Nicki later posted another snap of herself where she wrote, “Bad gyal forward. Bad gyal PULL UP!”
