Demi Moore Dating Tobey Maguire Rumors Heat Up, But They’re Not True [Debunked]

Rumors that Demi Moore and Tobey Maguire have started dating recently surfaced. According to a new report, the two are rediscovering each other as things supposedly “heat up” between them. Moore has been single a long time, and Maguire is newly separated from Jennifer Meyer. However, there is no truth to these rumors.

According to Radar Online, Demi Moore and Tobey Maguire are “reigniting an old flame” that stemmed from their initial fling back in 2002. The romance was short-lived due to Demi falling for the charms of one Ashton Kutcher, who she ended up marrying. However, the couple divorced in 2011.

“Demi and Tobey had a brief but steamy affair in 2002 before Ashton swept her off her feet,” a source explained. “But now that they’re both single again, they’re discovering the spark is still alive and well.”

The source stated that Demi Moore, 54, started sending Tobey Maguire, 41, sizzling texts recently, and they reportedly had an impact.

“Demi reached out to Tobey a couple weeks ago, and it didn’t take long for things to heat up,” added the source. “At first it was all pretty tame, but then Demi started reminiscing about all the good times they used to have and it just went on from there.”

Demi Moore has been connected with younger men over the years since her divorce from Kutcher. She’s been rumored to be with 33-year-old Will Hanigan, an Australian diver; 33-year-old Vito Schnabel, an art dealer who dated Heidi Klum; and 35-year-old Harry Morton, a restaurateur.

“Demi is still a sexy, attractive woman, and Tobey is just her type — younger, smart and kind of goofy,” the source told Radar. “She’d like more than a hookup.”

However, the report about Demi Moore dating Tobey Maguire isn’t true. Gossip Cop’s sources insist the claims about the supposed couple are “totally false.”

Demi has been in other headlines in the past few weeks regarding her ex, Ashton — all of which have been debunked. Reports allege that the actress is interfering with Ashton’s marriage to Mila Kunis since the birth of their second child, Dimitri. Radar Online has reported that Kunis is “not happy about it” and that Moore has been “bringing gifts and trying to give Mila advice on how to raise more than one kid.” A source went on to say that Mila “just snapped and told Demi that she has had enough.”

The purported insider contends that since Demi didn’t have boys, Mila thinks her advice is “quite comical.” Mila supposedly doesn’t want to end her friendship with Demi but wants her to leave them alone.

Gossip Cop reports that the story is fabricated and the source is ostensibly made up. A reliable insider close to Mila confirmed that the story is “100 percent false.” Demi Moore isn’t being intrusive towards Ashton and Mila following the birth of Dimitri. The source said any stories reporting the contrary are baseless.

As for Tobey Maguire, he and his estranged wife were seen putting on a united front while out with their children in West Hollywood a few weeks ago, the Daily Mail reports. In spite of their split, the pair vowed to bring up their children together “with enduring love, respect, and friendship.” They dated in 2003 and got married in 2007.

Tobey and Jennifer aren’t living in the same home. They’ve been living apart since early summer. In fact, Tobey just purchased a six-bedroom crib in Brentwood for $13 million. He was spotted partying with Lionel Richie’s 18-year-old daughter, Sofia, and friend Leonardo DiCaprio over the last few months.

It’s not anticipated for Tobey and Jennifer to get back together in spite of their joint parenting efforts.

Since Demi Moore and Tobey Maguire are both single and once dated, it’s not too surprising tabloids would link them together.
