Iggy Azalea, French Montana Track Hints At More Than Just ‘Sexy’ Things

Iggy Azalea has managed to rebuild her personal life thanks to her unconfirmed relationship with rapper French Montana. And now it seems he might help rebuild her musical career as well.

As reported by XXL Mag, Azalea and Montana dropped their new collaboration “Sexy” and the track is as racy as it’s title suggests. It also is apparently very good too.

“The fast-paced banger is built to ring off in the club,” the article boasts before commenting on. “It appears as though the Aussie rapper has gotten her swagger back, as she goes hard on the verses spitting, ‘He said that I spark his interest/I’m not easy to impress/Ain’t no dress code to this fresh/Ain’t no lay away on this dress/Thrilla in manila/Got the white chinchilla/Got the ice cream dripper/But how many licks will it take till you get to the middle.'”

Meanwhile, the pair are sizzling both on and off the stage with Hollywood Life reporting that the pair is indeed getting hot and heavy, almost to the point that the pair could get engaged.

“She’s not expecting French to pop the question, but she’s not against it and would say yes if he decided to do it anytime soon,” a source tells Hollywood Life. “She’s having a lot of fun right now with him and expects that not to change anytime soon.”

The article also reiterated what Montana’s brother said when asked if Iggy and French were going to get engaged, claiming he told a cameraman they’re “soon to be” engaged. If that’s true, then Iggy Azalea may have come full circle in putting her life back together since discovering that her fiance Nick Young had cheated on her with his ex-girlfriend Keonna Green. The devastating news not only impacted her personal life, but forced the delay of her new album Digital Distortion, which is only now starting to make its way out into the public consumption.

She described her ordeal to People magazine a few months earlier, justifying the delay in her album release.

“I needed a lot of time,” she said before matter-of-factly detailing her predicament. “I mean, you wake up one morning and your fiancé is having a baby with someone else, you’re going to need some time, right?”

More recently the Australian rapper was also honored in her homeland when she was named GQ Australia‘s “Woman of the Year.” In a sign that her sense of humor was returning despite her personal hardships, her acceptance speech was laced with a joke thanking her award-winning vagina, as reported by Mashable.

“Thank you so much. I didn’t realize everyone was going to have such hilarious speeches and I didn’t prepare anything this week. I just want to give a big thank you to GQ for this award. I’ve won a lot of awards over the last few years, but this one means the absolute most to me because I can finally say I have an award-winning vagina.”

Overall, it’s been a trying two years since the “Fancy” rapper first broke onto the scene. And it seems French Montana is the impetus behind getting her back to her more lofty position within the rap community and in life in general.
