Matt Jordan Speaks Out On Kenya Moore And Supposed New Girlfriend Tiffany Maiyon Drama

Is Kenya Moore just faking her relationship with Matt Jordan in order to have a storyline for The Real Housewives of Atlanta? Has Matt been going along with it in order to get a bit of fame and promotion for himself? After all, within the past few days, Matt posted a photo of another woman, Tiffany Mayion, and declared her to be his “Woman Crush Wednesday.” While Matt quickly took down the Instagram post, Tiffany went on to do an interview in which she confirmed that she’s in a relationship with Matt. Furthermore, Tiffany claims that Kenya’s relationship with Matt, despite what Kenya has recently been saying publicly, has been over for months.

On Thursday, Matt spoke up about the scandal. He posted a shirtless photo of himself to his Instagram page. Not surprisingly, a lot of people left comments on his photo about what’s going on with Kenya and Tiffany.

Matt, a fitness trainer, didn’t confirm or deny whether he and Kenya are actually still together and whether he cheated on her with Tiffany. Yet, he did leave a comment that makes it clear he isn’t bothered by all the gossip. In response to a person who commented that other people have left crazy comments, Matt agreed that people are having some very strong opinions on the matter. He admitted that such public scrutiny comes with the territory of being on the show with Kenya.

What kind of comments did people leave on Matt’s photo? Some people applauded him for getting away from Kenya, deeming her a crazy drama queen. Yet, others bashed him, accusing him of cheating on her with Tiffany. Others questioned why Matt would go from someone as beautiful for Kenya for Tiffany, whose appearance they made fun of. They declared that Tiffany, who has a plastic surgery consultant business, is all plastic and fake while Kenya, down to her hair, is all real.

Earlier, Matt posted a photo of Tiffany and declared her his “Woman Crush Wednesday.” Matt hit back at the critics who say that Tiffany’s actually transgender and all plastic by stating that she just looks too good to believe. When Matt’s photo started spreading around and the internet started buzzing about what it meant for him and Kenya, he deleted the post from his Instagram page.

Yet, according to Kenya, she and Matt just spent Thanksgiving together. In an Instagram post, she thanked Kandi Burruss’ husband, Todd Tucker, for hosting her and her family and Matt for Thanksgiving. Kenya posted texts that she and Matt supposedly exchanged last Friday. In the texts, Matt tells Kenya that he wants to kiss her between her thighs and requests that she come take care of him because he’s so drunk from Todd’s drinks. Yet, like Matt, Kenya subsequently deleted the post from her Instagram page.

Kenya followed up that post with a close-up shot of her face. Her “OriginalFace” and “OriginalBarbie” hashtags seemed to be a dig at Tiffany.

On Thursday, Tiffany Maiyon spoke up to accuse Kenya Moore of faking her relationship with Matt Jordan. Tiffany confirmed her relationship with Matt to Radar Online, explaining that the texts that Kenya posted were from months ago.

“She’s reaching. Those are old texts.”

Tiffany also made it clear via her Instagram page that she’s not bothered by all of the criticism from Kenya’s fans. She wrote that she’s “unbothered by all the hate.”

Kenya has been accused of faking a relationship in order to have a storyline for the show before. When she first joined the show in Season 5, she introduced Walter Jackson as her boyfriend. After that relationship ended, Kenya claimed that she was dating an “African prince.” In an interview with the Daily Mail in March of 2014, Walter claimed that Kenya, whom he had briefly dated years prior, called him and asked if he would pretend to be her boyfriend for the show. He admitted that he wanted “15 minutes of fame,” so he agreed.

“She lived in LA, not Atlanta at that time. She used to stay at her aunt’s place in Lithornia, but she never actually lived in Georgia as far as I know. Then a couple of years ago I got a call from her saying she wanted to move over here and get on the show. I guess there must have been a few other people being considered for the part, because she knew she needed to make herself more interesting and she felt being in a relationship with me would help with that. She asked me if I would be on the show and pretend to be her boyfriend. I thought about it for a bit and then decided that I might as well have my 15 minutes of fame.”

In the interview, Walter also questioned the existence of Kenya’s “African prince,” pointing out that no one has actually seen him.

As previously reported by the Inquisitr, prior to the Season 9 premiere episode, Matt declared via social media that Kenya’s his.

During her Watch What Happens Live appearance in mid-November, Kenya said that she and Matt are in a relationship.

“We’re working on our relationship…I’m learning as I go. I clearly have love for this man, and I see that there are issues that we need to work out and that he needs to work on.”

A subsequent Real Housewives of Atlanta episode showed Kenya meeting Matt’s family. In an interview with Bravo’s The Daily Dish posted early last week, Kenya expressed hope that her relationship with Matt will work out.

“I think right now, I can only just take it one step at a time. For me, a person has to prove [himself] over time. You can’t say, ‘I’ve changed.’ You have to show me that you’ve changed. And the only way that you can do that is through time.”

Kenya Moore also said that Matt Jordan’s in the equation of her plan to have a baby.

“I think Matt, as long as he is in my life, will be a part of that equation until he’s not in my life.”
