Drake & Rihanna Not Speaking After Split, Rihanna Allegedly ‘Mad’ At Ex, Claims Source
Drake and Rihanna are allegedly not on speaking terms in the wake of their October breakup.
According to reports, Drake and Rihanna, who reportedly dated exclusively for several months before their split last month, are allegedly now not speaking to each other after sources revealed the twosome avoided each other during a recent trip to Dubai.
Hollywood Life is reporting that Rihanna and Drake are still “dealing with hurt feelings” following their breakup, alleging that neither wants to make the first move and speak to the other after calling off their romance and claiming that Rihanna even allegedly slammed Drake as a “jerk.”
“They’ll be back on good terms once one of them decides to talk about it to the other,” the site’s insider claimed, hinting that Drake and Rihanna, who have reportedly dated on and off for years, could potentially reconcile their friendship in the coming months following their split, but alleged that neither “wants to be the first to apologize.”
Urban Islandz also reported that Drake isn’t on the best terms with Rihanna right now, claiming that things are allegedly bitter and tense between the former couple.
“Things [are] bitter and tense and clearly there’s some unfinished business,” the site’s source revealed of where Drake and Rihanna stand following their breakup, adding that it’s pretty unlikely the musicians will ever get back together again, despite being on and off since 2011.
“As for getting back together, doubt that will ever happen again,” Urban Islandz source admitted post-split. “[It’s] not the first [but] could definitely be the last.”
Drake and Rihanna have not officially commented on their breakup, just as they stayed seriously tight-lipped on their romance while they were dating, though Hollywood Life also alleged that Rihanna is supposedly “mad” at Drake following their split.
“[Rihanna’s] still mad at [Drake] for many reasons,” an insider revealed of Drake and Rihanna’s relationship post-breakup, claiming that the reason the singer is so upset with Drake is because “he’s such jerk who won’t commit and wants everything his way.”
“[Rihanna] feels salty about how s*** went down in their relationship,” the source continued.
E! News confirmed that Drake and Rihanna had split and gone their separate ways last month, revealing that Drake and his “Work” duet partner were no longer exclusive and had allegedly already started dating other people.
“Rihanna and Drake are seeing other people at the moment,” E! News confirmed of Drake and Rihanna back in October amid reports things have turned nasty between the two. “They are not exclusive anymore. They still love each other, but their schedules have gotten in the way.”

But while Drake and Rihanna are still staying quiet about their relationship, or lack thereof, Mirror reported that the former couple seemingly “confirmed” their breakup this past weekend after avoiding each other while in Dubai.
The site reported that both Drake and his former girlfriend were in Dubai to celebrate the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, but made it pretty clear that they’re no longer together after reportedly avoiding each other completely during their respective trips.
According to the site, fans were disappointed that Rihanna failed to bring out Drake during her performance in the city after the twosome previously took the stage together on a number of occasions earlier this year, and claimed that Rihanna allegedly made it appear like she didn’t even want to perform in the city amid reports she avoided Drake for the entire trip following their breakup.
“Rihanna was an hour late to the stage and didn’t impress us too much. It was like she didn’t want to be here,” a fan told the site of Rihanna’s appearance in the city, where she performed during a post-Grand Prix concert while Drake was reportedly absent from his commitments.
“We were so gutted she didn’t bring out Drake especially as he was already in the country,” continued a concertgoer. “It just doesn’t make sense that they wouldn’t duet together.”
