Kourtney Kardashian And Scott Disick Allegedly Back Together: Inside His ‘Mission’ To Win Her Back ‘For Good’

Scott Disick is close to winning back Kourtney Kardashian. It’s been over a year since the reality stars parted ways, and it now looks like they are on the verge of reconciling. How did Disick win back Kourtney’s heart?

An inside source told Us Magazine that Disick wants to get Kourtney back for good and is on a mission to get it done. So far, his tactics are working. Disick has reportedly been living with Kourtney and their three kids, Mason (6), Penelope (4), and Reign (1), in their mansion in Calabasas, California, for weeks.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star’s estranged husband has a history of drug and alcohol abuse. Things reached a tipping point in their marriage after Disick was hospitalized in 2014 for substance abuse.

The couple decided to separate after he was caught groping ex-girlfriend Chloe Bartoli last July. By October of 2015, Disick signed into rehab in an effort to prove he was serious about changing.

“[Disick] has really cleaned up his act,” an insider shared. “And Kourtney is very encouraged to see how much he has been trying.”

Disick completed rehab a year ago and has gotten his alcohol and drug use under control.

“He’s in better health and better spirits,” a source explained. “He has majorly cut back on his drinking.”

According to Hollywood Life, Kourtney also asked Disick to stop booking club gigs, which only tempt him to start using again. Despite earning a lot of money for hosting, Disick agreed.

“She asked him to cut back and he did,” a friend stated.

Disick is now making a living by remodeling houses, which Kourtney also helps out with because he believes “she has a great design eye.” Kourtney is so happy with Disick’s transformation that she allegedly wants to expand the family.

“Kourtney wants to have another baby,” the source added.

That being said, People is reporting that Kourtney is still hesitant to make things official with her estranged husband. Although she is thrilled about Disick’s improvements, she hasn’t forgotten about his past.

“She got screwed over by Scott so many times in the past,” an insider stated. “Kourtney is still protecting herself.”

The insider added that Kourtney Kardashian “doesn’t want to say that they are back together until she knows for sure that Scott is fully committed to the family. But so far so good. Scott has been amazing to Kourtney, and she is very happy.”

How did Disick turn things around?

“For a long time, it really seemed like Kourtney was completely over Scott. She was acting very disappointed. It seemed she would never take him back. Then Scott decided to turn things around,” the insider explained. “It was like he finally realized that he needed his family. For the past few months, Scott has been amazing. He isn’t sober, but very well behaved. He has shown Kourtney that she and the kids are his number one priority.”

Things are going so good for the couple that they reportedly spent Thanksgiving together. If everything continues as planned, it won’t be long before they make their reunion official.

“Kourtney seems very happy. She always loved Scott. They are living together now and are very happy. It’s all about family time. Scott seems very happy about being back with his family,” the source said.

While fans wait to hear more, the Daily Mail released images of Disick and Kourtney making their way to SoHo this past weekend. The pair wore matching dark attire for the outing, with Kourtney completing the look with a pair of sunglasses. The couple’s three children were also present for the trip.
