Are Jill Duggar Dillard And Anna Duggar Pregnant And Hiding Baby Bumps In New Family Photos?
Jill Duggar Dillard and her sister-in-law, Anna Duggar, have possibly found themselves pregnant at the same time again.
Jill Duggar and her husband, Derick Dillard, still haven’t returned to the mission field in El Salvador, so they were able to spend the Thanksgiving holiday with Jill’s massive family. Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar invited their 19 children, their adult children’s spouses, and their grandchildren to spend the holiday in a cramped cabin in the Ozark Mountains. The couple shared a few photos from the family get-together on their Facebook page, and some of the pictures have fans buzzing about the possibility of more Duggar babies.
As the International Business Times reports, one photo shows Jill Duggar with her long hair positioned over her stomach. Jill is wearing a black long-sleeve T-shirt that isn’t skin tight, but it fits her snugly enough that the shape of her belly is visible.
“Looks like she hiding a baby bump,” one fan commented.
“She’s been hiding a bump you could tell at Jinger’s wedding!” another wrote.
However, other fans pointed out that the Duggars were celebrating Thanksgiving at the time the picture was taken, so Jill’s small belly bulge may be nothing more than a “food baby.”
As Hollywood Life reports, Jill Duggar talked about her baby plans during a Counting On special that aired last month. She said that she was not pregnant at the time the “After Show” episode was filmed, but she hinted that she was pretty desperate for a second child. Jill told the cameras that she’s “taken a bunch of pregnancy tests,” but none of them have turned out positive.
According to the Dillard Family Blog, Jill and Derick only plan on being in the United States for a “brief time” before returning to the mission field in El Salvador. However, as Us Weekly reports, Derick has said that their plans might change if Jill gets pregnant while they’re back home.

Earlier this year, the Duggar Family Blog revealed that Jill Duggar and her husband were serving with S.O.S. Ministries, which currently has two short-term December mission trips listed on its website: a December 2 “Honduras Christmas Trip” and a December 10 “El Salvador Christmas Trip.” Jill and Derick may plan on returning to Central America to assist one or both of the mission teams that stay in the region for these week-long trips. There’s no word on what Jill and Derick plan on doing if they find out that they’re expecting after they return to El Salvador.
If Jill Duggar does get pregnant in time for Season 3 of Counting On, she won’t be the only member of the Duggar family with a baby on the way. As People reports, Jessa Duggar Seewald’s due date is in February. Her pregnancy is going to be a major storyline when Counting On returns next January.
A third member of the family might be pregnant, but it seems unlikely that the Counting On cameras would follow her pregnancy. Some Duggar fans think that Anna Duggar looks pregnant in a photo that was shared on the Duggar Family Official Facebook page. In the snapshot, Anna is sitting on a crowded couch with a few of her family members. She has her stomach partially covered up with a blanket, and she’s holding Jessa’s son, Spurgeon, in front of her.
“Is it just me or does Anna look pregnant? She had lost a lot of weight when all of Josh’s nasty behavior came out. In this pic she has a bit of a round stomach,” one fan wrote.
“Looks like Anna is pregnant..congrats,” another commented.
As the Hollywood Gossip reports, Duggar fans began buzzing about the possibility that Anna Duggar is pregnant with her fifth child last month when she made a brief appearance on Counting On. Viewers thought that it looked like she was already sporting a small baby bump at the time the episode was filmed. If Anna is pregnant, perhaps she, Jill, and Jessa will recreate the baby bump photo that they took last year.

Because of the controversy caused by his multiple sex scandals, Josh Duggar has not appeared on any episodes of Counting On. It would be difficult for the TLC cameras to follow Anna’s rumored pregnancy while keeping the father of her child out of the picture, so if Anna really is expecting, TLC may decide to ignore that potential storyline.
