‘Days Of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Stephanie Johnson Returning To Salem As Brady’s New Love Interest?

Days of Our Lives viewers are finally getting one important character back in Salem. The oldest child of Kayla Brady and Steve Johnson is returning to the show. Actress Shelly Hennig is set to reprise her role as Stephanie Johnson in early 2017, and fans are already wondering what drama Stephanie will bring home with her.

According to Soap Hub, Stephanie Johnson will return to Salem just in time for the wedding of her parents, Steve and Kayla. The couple have finally gotten back together and seem to be making a real effort to pull their wedding off without a hitch. Days of Our Lives fans have noticed that Stephanie has been absent for many major events in her family including the return of her father, Steve, her mother’s brain surgery, and the kidnapping of her younger brother, Joey. While she’s been mentioned a few times by the family, the characters have gone along acting like Stephanie doesn’t exist. Finally, she’s returning to Salem to reunite with her family, and possibly even catch the eye of one of Salem’s hottest men.

While there is no word on how long Stephanie will stay in Salem, if she decides to make it her permanent home yet again she may also find love in the form of Brady Black. According to Days Cafe, Brady will find another love interest now that Theresa has left Salem. While Days of Our Lives fans are not yet ready to see Brady move on so quickly, by the time Stephanie reappears in Salem, viewers may be prepared for Brady to find a new leading lady.

As many fans know, Brady Black is never single for long. The hunky son of John Black and grandson of Victor Kiriakis goes from woman to woman, and his relationships usually end badly. Brady has been paired with Chloe Lane, Nicole Walker, Kristen DiMera, Melanie Jonas, Arianna Hernandez, and most recently found happiness with the mother of his son, Theresa Donovan. Unfortunately, Theresa was pulled into a very dangerous situation, and was forced to leave Brady without explanation.

Sadly, Days of Our Lives viewers watched as Theresa pretended to have a relapse and return to her life of drugs and alcohol in order to push Brady away. Theresa then did the hardest thing she’s ever had to do and tell Brady that she wanted to leave him and their son, Tate, behind, stating that she never wanted to be a wife or a mother. However, fans are still hopeful that actress Jen Lilley will reprise her role as Theresa in the future. Meanwhile, Brady will be forced to move on with his life, which will include a new romance. Whether that romance will be with Stephanie Johnson still remains to be seen. However, many fans will remember that Brady and Melanie Jonas were engaged before Theresa pushed her out of Brady’s life. Perhaps Melanie will return to Salem and rekindle her relationship with Brady in the future.

Meanwhile, Days of Our Lives fans are wrapped up in the storyline of Chad and Abigail. Abby has returned to Salem after everyone believed she was dead. Abigail revealed herself to her mother, Jennifer, but has yet to tell her husband, Chad, that she’s home. Meanwhile, Chad has also started moving on with his life, and has become very close with his former high school friend, Gabi Hernandez. Is Abigail too late to save her marriage, or is an epic love triangle about to go play out in Salem?
