‘LHHATL’ Star Stevie J Agrees To Joseline Hernandez’ Paternity Test Request But He Has A Few Demands Of His Own

After several months of paternity test requests, Stevie J has finally agreed to give Joseline Hernandez what she wants… kind of. Stevie responded to Joseline’s recent legal request to establish paternity and he has a few requests of his own. According to TMZ, if Joseline’s baby is his, there may be a custody war in order because Stevie says his former Love & Hip Hop Atlanta co-star is not fit to be a parent.

Stevie J and Joseline have been at odds with each other for months, and the paternity test battle was just the latest in this ongoing drama. Joseline shocked fans and producers during the filming of the LHHATL Season 5 finale when she claimed to have just learned she was pregnant. When asked who the father of her baby could be, Joseline Hernandez made it clear that Stevie J has to be it.

Joseline pushed Stevie too far over the summer when the Puerto Rican princess claimed that her former fake husband was molesting his daughter. Stevie responded by filing a restraining order, claiming that Joseline had gone too far that time. The restraining order was later struck down by a judge because Stevie wasn’t actually in physical danger.

Since that time, Joseline has been pushing for Stevie J to take a paternity test and insisting that he is the father. The Inquisitr previously reported that earlier this month that Joseline sued Stevie, demanding that he take the paternity test. She also asked that child support and a parenting plan be set up prior to the birth of their child because Joseline feared that Stevie might stiff her on child support payments.

Stevie J has responded to Joseline Hernandez’ paternity test demands and says he will submit to the test rather than fight it. It’s pretty safe to say that Stevie would be forced to take the test eventually anyway so he might as well get it over with. Stevie has thrown in his own stipulation, though. If he is found to be the father of Joseline’s baby, he wants full physical custody and he wants Joseline to pay him child support.

In paperwork filed today, Stevie claimed that Joseline may have used drugs during her pregnancy and he believes she is an unfit mother. Stevie also complained of Joseline’s well-documented anger issues. Anyone who wonders how volatile Joseline Hernandez can be should watch the Season 3 Love & Hip Hop Atlanta reunion show.

Stevie also argued that he should have custody in the case that he is the father of Joseline’s baby because of the possibility that she might alienate him from his child. It’s not too far-fetched that Joseline might do something like that either. Let us not forget about Joseline’s epic tweet, the same one where she accused Stevie of molesting his daughter, she also promised that he would never meet this new baby.

Joseline Hernandez’ due date is sometime in January and as it gets closer to baby time, the drama between the former Love & Hip Hop Atlanta lovers is getting hotter. Joseline certainly isn’t going to stay silent with Stevie’s custody request and we can only imagine what she’ll have to say. Especially considering that Stevie is accusing her of using drugs but right now, he is the one on house arrest after failing multiple drug tests and avoiding others while dealing with a stunning $1.2 million child support case for unpaid support for two of his older children.
