Kourtney Kardashian Afraid To Admit She And Scott Disick Are Back Together, Source Reports

The rumor is that Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick are back together — but Kourtney is afraid to publicly admit it.

Ever since Kourtney and Scott were spotted together in Cabo, Mexico, without their children earlier this month, news outlets have run with the story that the 37-year-old Keeping Up with the Kardashians star and the father of her children have gotten back together.

And yet, there has been no confirmation from the Kardashian camp. That’s because, according to an unnamed source for Hollywood Life, Kourtney is scared.

“Kourtney won’t come out and admit that she’s back with Scott. She’s trying to convince people they’re just friends because she’s scared of looking like a fool all over again.”

Who can blame her? Kourtney was publicly humiliated in July of 2015 when Disick was spotted canoodling with celebrity stylist Chloe Bartoli in the south of France — despite the fact that he and Kardashian were together at the time, and had been for nearly a decade.

The KUWTK star and the self-proclaimed Lord has a long history of what can best be described as a complicated and tumultuous relationship. At the time of their split in July of 2015, the on-again-off-again couple had been together for more than nine years.

They share three children together — Mason, Penelope, and Reign — and throughout their split, Kourtney and Scott have shown that they’re entirely capable of amicably co-parenting their children. Still, until now, Disick’s antics have kept Kourtney from reuniting with the father of her children.

Plenty of sources close to the couple believe that Kourtney and Scott are still deeply in love, but for a long time Kourtney was simply unable to move past Scott’s drug and alcohol abuse problems.

Until now, that is. Scott has been through a rehab program and has reportedly been working hard to clean up his act in order to win Kourtney and his children back. And according to an unnamed source for Hollywood Life, Disick is even thinking about buying Kourtney a ring for Christmas.

“He is not sure if he will propose or if it will be more of a gesture of love, but he has been talking to his favorite jeweler about picking out something special and unique.”

If some of the recent rumors are true, Kourtney has allowed Scott to begin sleeping over in her Calabasas, California, home, and some reports even indicate that the 33-year-old reality TV star has moved back into Kourtney’s house. Other reports indicate that the rumor is not true, so perhaps we will have to wait and see if Scott is living with Kourt full time or not.

Additionally, People magazine has reported that Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick will be spending Thanksgiving together with their children “as a family.” Kourtney has revealed that sister Kylie Jenner will be hosting Thanksgiving at her home.
