Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick may be staying close for the sake of their kids, but they aren't living together.
Although there have been swirling reports claiming the couple is back together over a year after their shocking split, a new report has confirmed that despite the rumors, Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick aren't back on.
"Scott Disick and Kourtney Kardashian Are Living Together Again — Plus, All the Details on Their Holiday Plans," reads an Us Weekly headline, which Gossip Cop confirmed on November 17 was untrue.
"One big happy family! Scott Disick and Kourtney Kardashian are living together again," the magazine continued.
Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick parted ways last July after dating for nearly a decade and ever since they have been spotted together frequently with their kids. The former couple also spent time together on vacation in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, earlier this month. At the time of their trip, People Magazine claimed Disick had arranged to spend the weekend with his ex-girlfriend in hopes of making things work again. Still, he may not have gotten the reaction he had hoped from Kourtney Kardashian, despite what Us Weekly recently alleged.
Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick are "co-habitating with their three children," Mason, 6, Penelope, 4, and Reign, 1, at "Kardashian's Calabasas mansion," Us Weekly suggested both in its magazine and online. "Scott has been staying at Kourtney's house with her and the kids for the last few weeks. He has really cleaned up his act and been well behaved."
"[Kourtney Kardashian] is always skeptical about how long it will last, but she has been very encouraged to see how much he has been trying," continued the supposed source.
Just months after Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick parted ways, Disick entered rehab for substance abuse and spent 30 days at a facility in Malibu, California.
As for Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick's reported holiday plans, Us Weekly suggested the oldest Kardashian sister was "getting excited" about spending Thanksgiving and Christmas as a family with Disick and their children, but as Gossip Cop explained, this is nothing out of the ordinary.
"Spending the holidays together is nothing new for the former couple, as they've been co-parenting successfully for some time now. And although Kardashian and Disick recently vacationed together, they are not shacking up again at this point," Gossip Cop confirmed.
As for what Kourtney Kardashian is saying about the possibility of reconciling with Disick, she addressed the issue at the end of August during an interview with Cosmopolitan magazine.
"The idea of having my family together is amazing, but it's not the way things ended up. They may end up there. I'm not sure," she admitted, via Us Weekly. "To me, it's in God's hands. If it's meant to be, then things will line up … We definitely tried for a long time. But relationships are exhausting! Being able to focus on the kids and me right now is good. We say to each other all the time, 'I'm the coolest ex-girlfriend/baby mama you could ever ask for!'"
Also during the interview, Kourtney Kardashian spoke of the possibility of adding more children to her family and said that she would like to do so in the future. According to the reality star, she'd love to have a total of six children if possible, which means fans could see a few more pregnancies in the coming years.
