Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake got married last Friday in southern Italy, and Us Weekly has spilled fresh details from the ceremony.
According to Us , Timberlake serenaded his new wife on their wedding day, singing one of his previously unreleased songs at the couple’s nuptials and dedicating it to Biel. A guest at the reception, which was DJed by The Roots’ drummer Questlove, told Us Weekly :
“Questlove played a bunch of Justin Timberlake songs, but no *NSYNC. Justin performed one song at the wedding. It’s a new one that he hasn’t released yet. He dedicated it to Jessica.”
Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake’s wedding took place at the highly exclusive, ultra-posh Borgo Egnazia resort in Puglia. The couple had the entire resort decorated in white floral arrangements for their big day.
Even the inside of the private hotel complex, the venue for the reception, didn’t escape the treatment. One guest informed Us Weekly the hotel’s interior was “draped in white and filled with white flowers,” while the hotel gardens were dominated by three massive white marquee tents, complete with white festoons. The mystery source added:
“Even the balconies facing the main courtyard were dressed with white blooms. Small white heart shaped petals fell on the couple as they left the chapel.”
Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake’s wedding wasn’t short on celebrity guests. Andy Samberg, Jimmy Fallon and Beverley Mitchell all made an appearance, and the 31-year-old Timberlake, who has been dating the 30-year-old Biel since 2007, later described the experience as “magical”:
“It was magical. It was an unforgettable evening.”
Meanwhile, the happy bride said the entire day was “a fantasy.”
