Jax Taylor And Brittany Cartwright: Will ‘Vanderpump Rules’ Couple Get Married After Kristen Doute Drama?

Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright are going through hard times during the currently airing episodes of Vanderpump Rules Season 5.

As fans have seen on the show, Jax Taylor claims to have caught Cartwright in a sexual situation with their co-star Kristen Doute, who he slept with years ago. However, according to Cartwright, she never slept with Doute.

According to a report by Perez Hilton on November 15, Jax Taylor continued to spread rumors regarding his girlfriend’s alleged encounter with Doute during the series’ latest episode, much to her dismay. During the show, Cartwright confronted Taylor about his claims, but he stuck to his story throughout their scene together. Then, during his appearance on Watch What Happens Live after the episode aired, he continued to discuss the issue but admitted he was more upset by not being able to get into his apartment.

“I was so mad, trying to call Brittany, I was coming home from SUR, I had a couple drinks and I was just angry because she wasn’t answering her phone. So when I got in, I could care less if she was sleeping with girls or not, I was just so mad because I couldn’t get in the house, so I kind of took it out on her,” he explained, via Reality Tea. “What I saw really didn’t help but..”

After hearing her boyfriend’s comments, Brittany Cartwright, who was also in the clubhouse, once again denied being involved with Doute.

“She did not go down on me. I’ll just 100 percent let it out there,” she told Andy Cohen, according to a report by Bravo’s the Daily Dish. “I don’t know what [Jax Taylor] thinks he saw, but it did not happen.”

Cartwright then said Jax Taylor should have never discussed such a thing publicly, and he agreed. Jax Taylor also apologized to Cartwright and admitted that they should have spoken about the situation with Doute privately.

In other Jax Taylor news, the reality star recently discussed the idea of marriage and revealed that after 17 months of dating Cartwright, he isn’t anywhere close to a proposal. In fact, Jax Taylor doesn’t see himself getting married at all.

“Brittany’s amazing. I’m just not a huge fan of marriage in general,” Jax Taylor explained to E! News on November 15. “One of those boxes in life that I don’t want to check off is ‘divorced.’ I’ve done a lot of things in life: gone to jail, gotten in a lot of trouble, done a lot of bad things… I’d like to keep that box clean.”

Although Jax Taylor may not see marriage in his future, he hinted that there was a slight possibility that it could one day happen. Taylor said that if it does, it would be with Cartwright. He also revealed that he is definitely open to having children.

“I would like one or two [kids]. I just know God’s going to give me daughters. That’s what’s going to happen, just because of [my past with women]. That’s going to happen to me,” Jax Taylor predicted. “I feel like I’m going to have a shotgun by my side at all times. I can just imagine having a daughter and some guy asking [her] out. I would lose it. I think I would just lose it.”
