Jamie Dornan And Wife Amelia Warner Not Into ‘Fifty Shades Of Grey’ Style Sex, Dakota Johnson Thankful For Workout Regime?
Jamie Dornan may be Christian Grey of the dreams, but he and his wife are not into the kind of sex that Fifty Shades of Grey is based on. While this may dash some of the fans’ secret fantasies, it’s a good thing that he is such a good actor. He was so committed to his role that he ramped up his workout regime to fit the role of Christian Grey! Dakota Johnson must be very thankful for that.
Especially because the Irish actor did not partake in the sexual appetites of Fifty Shades of Grey protagonist with his wife, he had to embody other aspects of the character’s life.
“No. I’m not into that,” he admitted to News.com.au.
“My wife isn’t either. It’s funny. Obviously there’s a huge market for it, a lot of people are into a certain type of sex but I am just not one of those people. It doesn’t interest me at all. So, I don’t think those roles have had any influence over our sex life.”

So instead of bringing his character study into his bedroom, he took it to the gym.
“I’m not very good at working on my physique but I had to run a lot for The Fall and for Fifty Shades, of course you have to work out a lot,” he continued.
“I don’t enjoy it massively, more so because it takes up a lot of time.”
Having such a dedicated screen partner is rare so Dakota Johnson must have felt very appreciative of Jamie Dornan throughout the filming of the sequels. The pair spent from this past March to June working on Fifty Shades Darker and Fifty Shades Freed, completing the trilogy that they both signed up for.
It was especially hard for the 34-year-old actor as his wife Amelia gave birth to his second child right before he got on the plane to Vancouver, his first filming location this summer.
But soon, Amelia Warner joined him in Canada with their two baby girls, making sure that he gets to be with his budding family as he works on the films. The family was often seen walking the streets of Vancouver, showing that they like to take part in calm activities over the weekend.
“Jamie Dornan’s eldest daughter Dulcie seems to be finding a way to stand out, now that she’s a big sister,” reports Daily Mail.
“The two-year-old looked adorable in a Cinderella dress-up costume as the family were pictured for the first time as a four-piece on Tuesday. Doting dad Jamie held onto an excited Dulcie’s hand in Vancouver, Canada, while wife Amelia carried their newborn, who the couple are thought to have welcomed just two months ago.”

When he was not with Dakota Johnson on set, he was with his wife Amelia Warner, taking her out to concerts, walks on the beach and fancy A-lister restaurants.
“Jamie Dornan steps out for a sushi dinner with his wife Amelia Warner on Thursday (May 12) in Vancouver, Canada,” reports Just Jared.
“The 34-year-old actor, who is in town filming the next two movies in the Fifty Shades franchise, was also joined by his mother-in-law Annette.”
Because he spent over three months filming the franchise, Jamie Dornan found it very hard to stomach the rumors that another actor replaced him as Christian Grey.
“Jamie Dornan joked about the reports that The Vampire Diaries actor Ian Somerhalder will be replacing him as Christian Grey in the 50 Shades of Grey franchise during an interview on Jimmy Kimmel Live,” reports Hello! Magazine.
“The 34-year-old actor revealed it would be an ‘expensive mistake,’ joking: ‘That would be really hard for them to do, considering we shot both of the movies.'”
