Presidential Candidates 2020: Hillary Clinton Redo? Odds for Michelle Obama, Kamala Harris And Tom Brady
Presidential candidates 2020? Haven’t we had enough politics for a while? President Trump still seems to have a funny ring to it, however, how would President Brady or Cuban sound? How about another run of President Obama – Michelle style? The presidential candidates 2020 list seems like it increases by the day.
Future presidential candidates are not usually a big topic at the dinner table, however, on the heels of one of the biggest upsets in political history, many folks are already wondering who may attempt to become the next president in 2020. After Republican nominee Donald Trump pulled off the monumental upset over Hillary Clinton last Tuesday, it has many folks wondering if any other non-career politicians could pull off the feat.
How about New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady or maybe WWE mogul Vince McMahon? Actor Kevin Spacey seems to know about politics, well at least on the hit Netflix show “House of Cards” that is. How about Kanye West or Kim Kardashian becoming the next leader of the free world? While it is true that anyone can run for public office, the presidential candidates 2020 list of rumors has to be the largest of all-time. Especially considering that we just had a new president elect last week.
Okay, while none of the above mentioned names are likely to be sitting in the Oval Office in 2020, unless they are visiting that is, sports book Paddy Power isn’t taking any chances. They have quite a list of possible candidates in their “futures section” of wagering that are raising a lot of eyebrows, however, one long shot could possibly pull off the feat in four years.
According to a BBC report, the soon-to-be former first lady Michelle Obama would make a great candidate. Her popularity right now is at an all-time high, and she seems to have friends and supporters from both parties, which is a rare thing nowadays. Obama hasn’t officially ruled out a run, but many believe after eight years in the White House as the first lady, she probably has other less stressful interests she would like to attend to.
Either way, Paddy Power sports book has Michelle Obama listed at 8/1 to win the 2020 election.
How about Tom Brady as the next president? While people in Massachusetts could probably see that happening, the odds of it coming true are slim to none. Brady, who has openly supported Donald Trump, could still be throwing passes in the NFL in 2020. The former Michigan Wolverine will be 43 at the time of the 2020 Presidential Election, but age is just a number when it comes to talking about one of the best quarterbacks of all time. At 39, Tom Brady continues to defy age as he looks better on the gridiron now than he did 10 seasons ago.
While the list of celebrities and other popular figures in the public eye seemingly grows by the day, there are also several 2016 previous candidates that may be back for another run at the White House.
Is a Hillary Clinton 2020 run in the forecast? Many experts believe that she has seen her last days as a presidential candidate and politician, but Clinton is listed as one of the favorites to win the 2020 campaign. At 12/1, Clinton is listed only behind a select few. While Trump will definitely go down as one of the biggest upsets in political history, Clinton would be the ultimate comeback politician if she ran in 2020 and won.
Hillary isn’t the only Clinton on the list of political candidate odds list for 2020, her daughter Chelsea is also on the probable list of candidates. Unlike her mother, Chelsea is a big underdog at 100/1.
Another name getting some early press in terms of a possible 2020 Presidential candidate is Kamala Harris. Harris, a recently elected United States Senator from California and Attorney General of California since 2011, has been getting a lot of hype when it comes to rumors about a run for the White House. She definitely has the credentials to make a run.
In case you are wondering who the biggest underdog is on the early candidate board, it is none other than Kim Kardashian. Kim K. is listed at 275/1, which is a lot bigger than her husband Kanye West, who is also on the board at 90/1.
