Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton are getting married? They might be — and if they are, they may be at odds due to the often trying process.
According to a new report, Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton are ready to take the next step in their relationship, but the joys of planning their dream ceremony may be taking their tolls on the typically easy-going couple.
This week, Radar Online revealed Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton were planning to make their romance official at the Church of the Good Shepherd in Beverly Hills on May 5, but noted that the couple was at odds on nearly every detail.
“They can hardly agree on anything!” a source told the outlet. “[Gwen Stefani] wants to go big on this — and Blake wanted to make it an informal affair down home in Tennessee or their new place in Oklahoma — but he’s not willing to go to the mat against her.”
“[Gwen Stefani]’s guest list was 700 people alone,” the source continued. “She also wanted to have a bunch of celebrity music stars perform — but he didn’t want to turn the wedding into Woodstock.”

During the ceremony, Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton will reportedly perform for their hundreds of guests with a rendition of Jon Bon Jovi’s “Blaze of Glory.”
As for who would be in attendance during the elaborate bash, Radar Online listed a number of celebrities, including Jennifer Aniston, Justin Theroux, Courteney Cox, Johnny McDaid, Katy Perry, Keith Urban, Nicole Kidman, Luke Bryan and Brett Eldredge.
Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton were even said to be considering sending invites to Gavin Rossdale and Miranda Lambert, their former spouses, and even more surprising was a claim which suggested Gwen Stefani would be paying for the entire wedding.
“[Gwen Stefani] knows Blake’s out of his depth here with all this glam, so she’s agreed to foot the bill for the wedding while he will pick up the tab for the honeymoon!” the insider explained.
The source also added that Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton would be signing a prenuptial agreement before walking down the aisle.
“They’d be crazy not to,” pointed out one source. “[Gwen Stefani]’s worth about $100 million, and that’s about $60 million more than Blake.”
