McDonald’s Nutella Burger Released In Italy, Gives The United States Hope After 2016 Election
Just when half of the United States thought things weren’t going to get any better, a McDonald’s in Italy released the Nutella Burger that gave them hope for the future. The burger is called the Sweety Con Nutella (Sweety with Nutella) and it’s no burger at all.

The McDonald’s Nutella burger was announced on November 10 on the McDonald’s of Italy Facebook page and fans instantly felt like things were a little less bleak. The post read as follows.
“A soft sweetness has arrived that you will not be able to resist. Try Sweety with Nutella now: soft bread with a creamy, indulgent center!”
At the time of this writing, the post has over 59,000 comments and more than 60,000 shares. Unfortunately, there is no news on whether or not the McDonald’s nutella burger will be coming to the U.S. anytime soon (or if at all). Most of the reactions have been positive.

But maybe that’s because they don’t realize that the McDonald’s Nutella Burger isn’t actually a burger at all. It’s just a warm roll with a Nutella center. What could be so wrong about that?
oh god why would you put nutella and mcdonalds together in a burger of all things? D:

Since the beloved Nutella came from Italy, the Italy McDonald’s seems like the perfect location for the new McDonald’s Nutella Burger. Fans in the United States are drooling from afar and dreaming of the new creation to hit their local McDonald’s someday in the future. The Nutella Burger likely won’t hit McDonald’s in the United States, but the chatter and daydreams about it certainly was a welcome break from the talk of the election and protests that are going around all over the country.
Americans may not ever get a taste of the Nutella Burger, but there are plenty of recipes that they can make to try to fill the Nutella void — and these are tried-and-true recipes that have been around longer than the newly beloved Nutella Burger.

Other Trendy McDonald’s Menu Items
Of course, this isn’t the first time that McDonald’s in other countries have made the United States jealous with their tasty, new innovations.
McShrimps were added to the McDonald’s menu in Russia in 2012.

Still, none of the tempting international menu items can compare to the Nutella Burger that distracted Americans from current events at least for a few hours, and gave them a glimmer of hope for 2016. Most people love Nutella and it has a mob-like following, with people putting on a variety of foods and incorporating it into many recipes. It’s chocolate and hazelnuts after all, what’s not to love?
Americans may not be able to enjoy a Nutella Burger unless they take a trip to Italy, but you can always try making your own at home and imagine you just drove through a drive-thru to get it.
What do you think of the McDonald’s Nutella Burger? Do you wish that you had this option at your local McDonald’s? And when would you eat it: breakfast, lunch, dinner, or dessert? Can you imagine it with a side of soft-serve vanilla ice cream and fries? Now that is the ultimate craving satisfaction: chocolate, ice cream, and salty french fries. Share your thoughts in the comments below and let everyone know if you wish you lived in Italy right now to enjoy their latest sensation, the Nutella Burger.
