Taylor Swift’s dating life never fails to be complicated. Though the pop star has had a string of breakups this year, she has only continued to be surrounded by romance drama. Recently, she was rumored to be dating rapper Drake.

While many have thought that Taylor Swift would finally stay single for a period of time, that seems to be anything but the case. The singer has reportedly decided to rekindle an old flame with recent ex-boyfriend Tom Hiddleston, reported iTech Post. Swift has also been rumored to have written her newest song “Better Man” for Hiddleston, which was performed by Little Big Town.

While Taylor Swift’s dating life has calmed down for a short period of time, it looks like it will be picking up again. In a recent telecast with Little Big Town’s Karen Fairchild, she was asked by the press if Taylor Swift was back with Tom Hiddleston. Not only did Fairchild dodge the question, but she simply replied that this new song had meant a lot to Swift, explained iTech Post. From there, rumors have sparked about Swift and Hiddleston rekindling their short-lived romance. The publication has made the claim that the two Hollywood stars are together again after having a “short cooling off period.”

Taylor Swift’s dating life seems to play a big part in her music career. While the singer has never confirmed this rumor, her lyrics tend to sound familiar to her old romances.

However, the pop star’s most recent song “Better Man” has a lot of fans of Taylor Swift utterly confused. While some Swifties believe that the song was penned for Tom Hiddleston, others feel the piece is about her other ex-boyfriend, DJ Calvin Harris. Despite all the questioning, it looks like fans of the singer will only continue to remain perplexed for now. Taylor Swift has yet to publicly discuss “Better Man.”

Taylor Swift’s dating life only recently got more confusing, due in part to Drake. While the two musicians claim they aren’t romantically involved, Drake has been hinting otherwise. Hollywood Life has recently reported that Drake recently surprised Swift with several cat-themed presents. After all, Taylor Swift is a cat lady at heart. An inside source allegedly close to the pop star spoke about this.

“Drake knows the way to Taylor’s heart and he’s going for it in a big way…He stopped into a PetCo and went buck wild on cat accessories for Taylor. He went all out. He’s also preparing to send her this sick designer bag that she can put her cats in when she’s traveling.”

Still, Taylor Swift dating Drake has yet to be confirmed. While fans of the musicians are convinced that this is the beginning of a romance between the two, an inside source has also alluded to the possibility that this might be just a friendly gesture.

“It’s Drake being Drake and his way of letting her know that she’s good people and keeping her close to him. He knows how much she adores her cats and Drake wants her to know that he adores her just as much.”

Taylor Swift dating Drake would undoubtedly be one of the cutest romances ever. The two initially hit it off at Drake’s birthday bash in late October. The two were reportedly very affectionate and spent a lot of time alone at his party. In addition, Swift and Drake plan on working together on a new record, according to Hollywood Life. An inside source also said that the two have been hanging out a lot outside the studio.
