Lady Gaga, Taylor Kinney Split: Couple Getting Back Together Or Dating Other People?

Are Lady Gaga and Taylor Kinney getting back together? That’s the question on fans’ minds lately. Ever since the singer released her new album, Joanne, fans took observant notes of some of the album’s tracks on love and loss. It’s obvious that some of the tracks like “Perfect Illusion” and “Million Reasons” were influenced by Lady Gaga’s split from Taylor Kinney, whether she denies it or not.

Now, rumors are circulating whether the pair will reunite shortly. Over the summer, Lady Gaga told fans to “root” for and Kinney to get back together. Well, is that happening sooner rather than later? Gaga sparked the romance rumors over the weekend when she was seen attending a Chicago Cubs game, according to E! News. Chicago is also the city where Kinney films his hit NBC show Chicago Fire, leading fans to believe that they are getting back together.

Unfortunately, that rumor is a contrast to a report ran in Page Six about Kinney’s love life. The actor has reportedly moved on from his relationship with Gaga and is supposedly seeing a 26-year-old health professional named Alanna DiGiovanni, who hails from South Philadelphia. Kinney and DiGiovanni went to Austin, Texas, to see Taylor Swift’s first and only concert this year at the Formula One race. An alleged inside source noted that DiGiovanni has been seeing Kinney in Chicago and that Kinney is planning to visit his new girlfriend in her hometown. An official confirmation from Kinney’s camp, however, has yet to be released.

Gaga has made her feelings known about Kinney during a recent interview with Howard Stern. She said that she still believes they have a lot of love for each other despite their split.

“I hate to sound like a hippie but I kind of am one and so is he. We love each other, that’s it,” she told Stern.

Gaga also admitted that a lot of the tracks on Joanne were inspired by their relationship, as reported via Celebuzz. She said that their “life changes” were to blame for the split and credited Kinney for being so cool about her creative transformations over the years. Gaga said that she and Kinney remain good friends and are supportive of one another. She was even quoted saying that she wouldn’t “f***ing throw a party” if Kinney moved on and got a new girlfriend.

As for those Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper dating rumors, don’t feed into them. The two have been spotted running errands together, riding around in motorcycles and jeeps, and having late-night dinners throughout much of the summer. She admitted that she has no interest in dating her A Star Is Born co-star. Gaga fired back when Stern asked if their relationship ever turned romantic on the set of the new film, as reported via Entertainment Tonight.

“Absolutely not!” Gaga scoffed. “I already love everyone and the idea is, if you really love somebody, you put the most important thing first and that is the film. The truth is, what’s most important to me is that we tell a story that touches the hearts of millions of people that come to see it.”

Gaga announced their breakup via Instagram over the summer. She shared a black-and-white photo of her and Kinney.

“Taylor and I have always believed we are soulmates. Just like all couples we have ups and downs, and we have been taking a break. We are both ambitious artists, hoping to work through long-distance and complicated schedules to continue the simple love we have always shared. Please root us on. We’re just like everybody else and we really love each other.”

Fans still believe that the two are “on a break” and will get back together. Lady Gaga and Taylor Kinney started dating in 2011 and got engaged on Valentine’s Day 2015.
