Another important date to take note of for this promotion is December 9, 2016, the last day where LG V20 customers can redeem the free earphones. Moreover, there are certain requirements to secure to claim the LG V20’s free earphones smoothly. These include your name, address, the V20’s IMEI / MEID Number, a photo of the IMEI, receipt of purchase, carrier where you bought it (if it’s branded) and the phone you were using before the LG V20, Droid Life enumerated.
In addition to this free audio accessory for the LG V20, certain carriers are also offering free trade-in credits to their customers who will take advantage of this promotion. For instance, Verizon is offering a trade-in credit worth up to $300 to those who will swap their old phone for the LG V20. Phones that are qualified for the free $300 trade-in value are the Samsung Galaxy Note 5, Galaxy S6, S6 Edge, S6 Edge Plus, iPhone 6, 6 Plus, 6S, 6S Plus, HTC M9, LG G4 and LG V10.
The Verizon promotion requires a new device payment activation or upgrade. Also, the smartphone that will be traded in needs to be in “good, working and cosmetic condition,” the official LG V20 promo page for Verizon customers noted. “Trade-in credit applied to account over 24 mos.; credit begins w/in 2-3 cycles,” it added.
Verizon customers can also own an LG Stylo 2 V smartphone for only $1 per month if they purchase the LG V20. As for other details and conditions to avail this promotion, here’s what’s noted on the official LG page:

Other US carriers offering trade-in credits in conjunction with the free premium B&O Play earphones are Sprint ($200), AT&T ($200) and U.S. Cellular ($100). Meanwhile, T-Mobile’s promotion for the LG V20 is only offering the free earphones.

Moreover, Best Buy is also running this LG V20 promotion. In fact, aside from the free headphones, customers who will pick up their LG V20 from this store can also get a Best Buy gift card worth $200 if they exchanged it with their old smartphone.
LG V20 was a recent release from the Korean tech conglomerate, officially hitting the shelves last month. Describing the smartphone, LG noted the following.
