Taylor Swift Dating Zac Efron? Pop Star Allegedly Replacing Vanessa Hudgens In ‘High School Musical 4’ [Report]

Taylor Swift’s dating life might have just gotten a little crazier. The latest rumor regarding the pop singer is that she’s dating High School Musical star Zac Efron, reported the Parent Herald. As you can imagine, this gossip has only resulted in both craziness and wishful thinking from Efron and Swift fans alike.

Disney recently announced that they would be producing a fourth installment of High School Musical. From there, the internet has exploded with rumors that Efron and Swift are not only together, but that the “Bad Blood” singer would possibly be co-staring in the film with her rumored beau.

Taylor Swift dating rumors stemmed from speculations that the pop star might possibly be replacing Vanessa Hudgens in the upcoming film. While the Parent Herald has reported this, this news hasn’t either been confirmed as true or false.

In Touch recently reported that the singer has her eye on Zac Efron, reiterated Hollywood Life. An inside source close to the pop star says that Swift is not only over Tom Hiddleston, but really likes Efron.

“She’s been talking about him nonstop since her breakup with Tom.”

Taylor Swift’s dating life might finally turn into the fairy tale ending the star has always wanted. The friend close to the singer says that she felt a strong connection to Efron for quite some time, explained Hollywood Life.

“She’s always said she feels a strong connection to Zac, but could never act on it because they’ve always been dating other people.”

Hopefully, that strong connection will finally be fulfilled. Like Swift, Zac Efron recently had a break up. The High School Musical star called it quits with girlfriend Sami Miro in the spring, reported Hollywood Life.

While Taylor Swift dating Zac Efron has yet to be confirmed as either true or false, sources close to the pop star claim they’re definitely on their way to being an item. The inside source close to Swift told In Touch that the singer has been quite adamant about starting a romance with Efron, reiterated Hollywood Life.

“She’s reached out to Zac and told him that they should hang out and maybe go to dinner together, and he’s into it. It just hasn’t happened yet because of their schedules.”

Swift and Zac Efron have allegedly been seeing a lot of each other lately. After all, the singer’s schedule has cleared up since the end of her tour, claims Hollywood Life.

Taylor Swift dating Zac Efron has been in the works for quite a while, explained the inside source. The two initially met in 2012 while promoting their film The Lorax together. From there, sparks began to fly.

The source close to Swift said that she and Efron went on a dinner date together in January of 2012. Though the date didn’t result in a romance, the two have continued to keep in touch through phone and text, reported Hollywood Life.

Still, Taylor Swift dating Zac Efron continues to remain unconfirmed, as well as the rumor that she’ll be in High School Musical 4. Parent Herald has reported that Vanessa Hudgens allegedly refuses to do another High School Musical installment with Efron. Hudgens and Efron had previously dated and reportedly had a messy breakup. As a result, the former Disney star won’t do another film with her former boyfriend.

Still, there is a possibility that these Taylor Swift dating rumors aren’t true. After all, the pop star has gone from dating DJ Calvin Harris to Tom Hiddleston, within a short period of time. It might benefit the singer to take a break!
