‘Dancing With The Stars’ Results Week 8: Who Went Home Tonight? Who Won Immunity In The Dance-Off Challenge On Halloween Night?
Who went home on Dancing with the Stars Week 8 and which couple won immunity on Monday night? The performances were spooktacular on Halloween night, but after two rounds of dancing, host Tom Bergeron announced the name of the couple who was eliminated.
With the DWTS Season 23 finale just weeks away, this week’s judges’ scores and votes from fans were a really big deal for all seven couples. And for one couple, getting the highest score during the first round of dancing meant they got to skip the America’s Choice dance-off, were given immunity and were safe for another week.
Who won immunity, which couples were told they were in jeopardy, and who went home at the end of Monday night’s Halloween-themed show? Here are all the details of what ABC called a “frightfully delightful night” of entertainment.

Before host Tom Bergeron announced which couples were in jeopardy and which celebrity would be leaving the show, viewers got to watch a night filled with amazing performances that showcased how far all seven couples have come this season.
According to BuddyTV, frontrunner James Hinchcliffe was partnered with pro Jenna Johnson this week. Fans will recall that Sharna danced with a knee brace last week – apparently her injury got worse so she had to skip the Halloween Night performance.
One week after his return, Len Goodman wasn’t at the judges’ table but he wasn’t replaced, so the first round was based on scores from Carrie Ann, Julianne, and Bruno.

Here’s a brief recap of tonight’s first dances.
Terra and Sasha kicked things off with a fun Beetlejuice routine. All three judges thought they did a great job but needed to push harder. Score: 24 (8-8-8).
Laurie and Val danced next and impressed both the audience and the judges with a Willy Wonka-inspired Viennese Waltz. Both Bruno and Carrie Ann said the performance brought tears to their eyes and they received the first perfect score of the night. Score: 30 (10-10-10)

Marilu and Derek were at the bottom of the leaderboard last week, so all eyes were on their Argentine Tango tonight. Carrie Ann noted that there were “a lot of missteps.” Julianne told Marilu that she was “second guessing herself” and Bruno agreed that she was holding herself back. Score: 23 (7-8-8)
Calvin and Lindsay topped the leaderboard last week, so the stakes were high. They did not disappoint this week either with their Quickstep to “Dr. Bones.” Bruno thought it was “superb” and Carrie Ann said it was “fantastic” with “great content.” Score: 30 (10-10-10)
Note: Calvin and Lindsay’s perfect score tied them for a chance to win immunity along with Laurie and Val who received a perfect 30 earlier in the night. Find out who won the tie-breaker below.

Ryan and Cheryl have hovered around the leaderboard since the DWTS Season 23 premiere. Their Tango to “Howlin’ For You” by The Black Keys was great fun to watch, but not enough to earn them immunity. Bruno noted that Ryan was a little “steppy” but performance-wise, he was much better this week. Score: 23 (7-8-8)
Jana and Gleb danced a Jazz routine to “Little Shop of Horrors” and Carrie Ann said Jana’s performance showed improvement and Bruno said there was “nothing horrible” about their dance. Score: 27 (9-9-9)
James and Sharna (Jenna danced for Sharna) finished out the first round of dancing with a Viennese Waltz to “You Don’t Own Me” by Grace ft. G-Easy from Suicide Squad. With Sharna sidelined, viewers weren’t sure how the performance would go, but James impressed everyone once again. Julianne said James was so great that he proved that he can dance with anyone. Carrie Ann and Bruno both agreed that the performance was “beyond incredible.” Score: 30 (10-10-10)

Who Went Home Week 7?
After two rounds of dancing during Monday night’s Halloween bash, host Tom Bergeron reminded viewers that James and Sharna would not be eliminated because they won immunity during the first round of dancing.
He went on to announce the couples who were in jeopardy — Ryan and Cheryl, and Terra and Sasha.
In the final moments of the show, Tom and Erin revealed that Ryan and Cheryl were eliminated and would not be moving on to Week 8.
