‘Channel Zero: Candle Cove’ Episode 4 Synopsis, Sneak Peek, And Promo Photos For ‘A Strange Vessel’ [Spoilers]
Channel Zero is the creepiest show on television right now. It is also one of the most addicting. With the events last week, it’s hard to wait until Tuesday to find out what is going to happen next. Syfy has released the synopsis, a sneak peek, and a few promo photos for Season 1, Episode 4 of the anthology series, titled “A Strange Vessel.”
Warning: Channel Zero: Candle Cove spoilers are ahead. If you don’t want to know what is going to happen next, then do not continue reading.
Channel Zero: Candle Cove Season 1, Episode 4, titled “A Strange Vessel” is going to be another creepy installment of the Syfy anthology series. From the episode summary, it seems that Lily’s arrival in Iron Hill will lead to more details about the 1988 murders. Also, Mike and Jessica (Natalie Brown) will try to protect the child.
“Mike’s daughter Lily mysteriously arrives in Iron Hill, leading to more information about the murders of 1988; Mike and Jessica take drastic measures to heal the past and protect Lily from Candle Cove.”
In the sneak peek for “A Strange Vessel,” a flashback shows Eddie saying that each time someone is sent to Candle Cove, “it” gets stronger. The Channel Zero character was excited about this and wanted to go watch. Amy (Luisa D’Oliveira) starts to really investigate the people involved in the 1988 murders, even though she was too young to remember them.
Also, it seems that Mike and Jessica might get closer while she ends up seeing a figure. Looking at the promo photos, it appears that Jessica might be targeted by two local children wearing creepy masks. One is holding a knife, and she appears to get stabbed in the back.
Last week on Channel Zero: Candle Cove, Mike Painter (Paul Schneider) was shot after Gary Yolen (Shaun Benson) drove him to an unoccupied house. However, they were not alone. After putting him in a chair with his hands behind his back, people from his childhood came in. They wanted Mike Painter to confess to murdering the children who died in 1988. The events occurred after Mike told his mother that he killed his twin brother, Eddie. However, he denied having anything to do with the other murders. He claimed he killed Eddie to stop the murders.
The thing about Channel Zero: Candle Cove is that the children’s show is and was real, even though Mike’s mother said they only watched static. At first, viewers wondered if Mike was a little crazy. After all, he did have a psychotic break and was put in a mental hospital before coming back to Iron Hill. However, as time goes on, it is becoming clear that what is happening is real, at least to some extent.
Viewers are taken in by the mysterious entities that nobody seems to see except for the children and Mike. That changed last week when Mike’s mother had a dream about the Tooth Child. As time passes, it seems that more people in Iron Hill will start seeing the Tooth Child and perhaps other creatures.

The other startling thing that happened last week on Channel Zero is Lily (Abigail Pniowsky) showed up. Mike had no idea how his daughter made it to Iron Hill, but she is in danger just being there. She seemed to be in a daze as if she were sleepwalking. When Mike questioned Lily, the camera zoomed to an upstairs window that showed the Tooth Child. It appears that it is getting much stronger with each passing day.
If you have not checked out this television show, then you are missing out. Right now, you can catch the first three episodes at the network’s website. Also, the anthology series has been renewed for Season 2.
What do you think is going to happen in Channel Zero: Candle Cove when a new installment airs on Tuesday? Season 1, Episode 4, titled “A Strange Vessel” airs on November 1.
