Jamie Foxx And Katie Holmes Split — He Dumps Her Over Pressure To Go Public With Their Private Relationship

Jamie Foxx’s relationship with Katie Holmes has been Hollywood’s best kept secret over years. But after Holmes pressured Foxx to go public, he reportedly ended their relationship on the spot.

Are things finally over between Foxx and Holmes?

An insider told Radar Online that Foxx was afraid to go public with their romance and asked for a break.

“Jamie is tired of being pressured by Katie into going public. He’s asked for a few months out and made no promise he’ll be available after that.”

Foxx liked dating the actress because their romance was very discreet. His attitude changed, however, after the media found out about their relationship.

Things took a turn for the worse once Holmes wanted to go public.

With Foxx ready to end the relationship and move on with his life, an insider revealed that Holmes is heartbroken over this turn of events and can only hope things aren’t over for good.

“It’s heartbreaking for Katie, who would marry him in a heartbeat if he were keen. She’s hoping he’ll change his mind and come running back, which to be fair he’s done numerous times before.”

Despite Holmes’ optimism, Foxx was recently spotted having dinner with an unknown blonde.

Does this mean that Foxx has already moved on to other women?

According to E! News, the problem with trying to find out what is going on between Holmes and Foxx is that they are so secretive about their romance.

Indeed, the two have only been photographed in the same location twice over the life of their relationship.

This includes the time they went on stage together during a fundraiser in New York and when someone snapped a pic of them getting extra cozy in a studio.

Then, a few months ago, reality star and Foxx’s friend Claudia Jordan confirmed his romance with Holmes.

“He is very happy with her,” Jordan revealed during a radio interview. “I like that he seems very happy.”

Jordan later recanted her statement after it caused a media frenzy and admitted that she doesn’t know anything about Foxx’s personal life.

“I have no knowledge of Jamie with Katie at all,” she stated. “I’ve never seen them together. He’s never told me he’s dating her.”

While there hasn’t been much evidence of their romance, everyone is still convinced that they are dating.

In fact, other sources claim that Jamie Foxx and Katie Holmes are still together, and he is just having difficulty adjusting to the idea of going public.

“Jamie wants to continue to act like the carefree guy he is in public. Eventually, the question had to come about whether he was committed enough to the relationship,” an insider shared.

Whatever is happening behind the scenes, Slate is reporting that Holmes’ love life is strangely following a film that both Foxx and Tom Cruise starred in, Collateral.

Holmes was married to Cruise for a number of years before they split up in 2012.

She later dated Foxx, making him the second cast member in the film to be romantically linked with the actress.

Who’s next in line?

Apparently, the next person, per the movie, is Jada Pinkett Smith.

Of course, Jada is currently married to Will Smith, so hooking up with Holmes might be a long shot.

All jokes aside, an insider confirmed to Us Magazine that Holmes is still dating Foxx.

“They are for sure still together,” the insider revealed.

Foxx is believed to have started dating Holmes back in 2013 but originally kept things quiet because she needed privacy.

After all, Holmes was coming off a highly publicized romance with Cruise and likely wanted to remain out of the spotlight when it came to her personal life.

By the sound of it, Foxx wholeheartedly agreed to keep things quiet.

Whatever the truth, the couple has done an incredible job keeping their romance under wraps.

Holmes had one daughter, Suri (10), during her marriage with Cruise. For his part, Foxx has two children from previous relationships, daughters Corinne and Annalise.

Until more information is revealed, it sounds like Holmes and Foxx are still working things out.

That being said, Gossip Cop reports that the two are not currently dating and never have been.

In contrast to the abundance of reports, an inside source told the outlet that Foxx and Holmes haven’t gone public with their romance because there isn’t one.

Furthermore, Foxx and Holmes are not romantically involved with each other and could care less about all the rumors.

With no evidence to go on, there’s really no telling what is happening behind the scenes or whether or not Holmes and Foxx will make an announcement.

Hopefully, Jamie Foxx and Katie Holmes will come forward and either debunk or confirm the rumors of their relationship before it drags on any further.
