Brad Pitt And Angelina Jolie Divorce Docs Reveal Shocking Secrets, Why She Is Backing Off Her ‘Aggressive Tactics’
Brad Pitt’s nightmare just got worse.
In the weeks following his controversial divorce from Angelina Jolie, more details about their shocking marriage are beginning to surface.
Will Jolie spill all her secrets in the divorce documents?
A source told Radar Online that Jolie is tired of being portrayed as the bad guy and is ready to reveal all the dirty secrets about their marriage.
“All she’s done is try and protect her kids,” one source told the outlet. “She feels she’s been made out to be the bad guy in this whole thing. It’s not right.”
The insider added that Jolie is going to expose everything Pitt did during their marriage.
“You can be sure that she will come out smelling like roses in the memoir, while his drinking, smoking, and clashes with the kids will be addressed in a very unflattering way.”
Jolie could receive over $5 million for the memoir, which would not get published until after a divorce agreement is reached.
That means the couple will need to work out a custody arrangement and sell off some real estate before the memoir is released.
According to Us Magazine, Pitt and Jolie have already started splitting their assets and are selling Chateau Miraval in France.
“The home has been valued and is going on the market any day now,” a sourced explained.
Apart from the expansive estate, the couple also produced an award winning wine from the vineyard.
“It currently says ‘Jolie-Pitt’ on the Chateau Miraval bottles, and the next season’s batch will have a new reprinted label with no names written on it.”
The pair purchased the estate back in 2012 for around $60 million. The sprawling 1,200-acre property includes pine forests, hillsides, a vineyard, and a lake.
Considering how many joint properties Jolie and Pitt own, it might take a while before their divorce is officially settled.

Meanwhile, E! News reports that Brad Pitt has still not responded to Jolie’s divorce filing and it’s already been a month since she filed.
“It doesn’t matter. These things go slowly,” Troy Slaten, a legal expert, explained. “I’m sure his attorneys are communicating with Angelina’s attorneys and there’s nothing he has to file unless he wants to start taking depositions and things like that. He doesn’t need to file.”
Slaten went on to clarify that more filings are an indication of additional conflicts.
“People file because they are fighting and they want to fight about everything,” he stated. “Judges are only there to decide things when the parties can’t decide things for themselves. The judges always try to encourage the parties to work things out on their own. When a judge decides it, nobody’s happy…if they can agree, then there is no need to start filing responses and demands for depositions and discovery and all those things.”
It sounds like Pitt might be trying to resolve the divorce outside of the courts, which, unfortunately, would mean that details would remain a private affair.
“If they settle out of court, then we may never know what they agreed on,” Slaten continued. “You don’t have to have a custody dispute. You can get a divorce and not even bring up what’s going to happen with the children if they agree. The court doesn’t have to decide those things. If you’re not fighting about it, there is nothing for the judge to decide. [He or she] will sign off on the final decree of divorce.”
According to The Hollywood Gossip, Brad Pitt’s hesitation led to some speculation that he and Jolie might work things out.
Apparently, Pitt’s six children are constantly asking about him, which has Jolie second guessing the divorce.
That being said, Jolie isn’t about to call off the divorce just yet and it would take a lot for her to reconcile.
Jolie filed for divorce a month ago. She hasn’t come clean about why she filed, though rumors indicate that Pitt’s drug issues and child abuse may have been behind the split.

Whatever the reasons behind their breakup, Hollywood Life is reporting that Jolie is taking some of the pressure off her estranged husband.
“Angelina is backing off her aggressive divorce tactics,” one insider explained. “She wanted to expose the truth about Brad being not as sweet and innocent as his fans think but she didn’t anticipate such a backlash from close friends and family.”
Jolie’s closest friends are also urging her to ease up on Pitt and settle things quickly.
“Those close to her have also convinced Angie that if she continues to go hard after Brad, the biggest losers will be the people she cares most about, their kids,” the source added. “Her main goal has always been protecting her children.”
When Jolie first filed for divorce she requested full physical custody of the kids. It isn’t clear if the actress is re-thinking the custody decision, though it sounds like the couple might settle out of court.
