Kanye West Feud With Jay Z Stems Over Kim Kardashian’s Family: Beyonce Partially To Blame?

Kanye West left fans stunned when he openly admitted to feeling as if Jay Z wasn’t there for him following the news that his wife, Kim Kardashian, 36, had been held at gunpoint and forced to give up all of her expensive personal belongings.

Kim has remained in hiding ever since the incident, having only made one appearance since then, giving the impression that the reality star is still struggling to come to terms with the events that took place in Paris just a couple of weeks back.

During his “Saint Pablo” concert just two days ago, however, Kanye West admits that his longtime musical buddy has not been supporting him and his wife the way he would’ve thought, Radar Online admits, stressing that Jay Z has barely even reached out.

According to Hollywood Life, Kanye West is upset is over the fact that Jay and Beyonce didn’t check up on him and Kim following the incident. He does admit that there was a brief phone call regarding the events that happened, but it wasn’t enough for West to think that the conversation was genuine.

West has more or less considered Jay Z as a friend who has really stabbed him in the back because even if Kim was to be the reason that the twosome are no longer close friends, the least Jay could do is pretend to care like he was worried for the mother of two.

“Tension has been brewing between Jay Z and Kanye for years. They are friends but they have never been as close as some people think. Kanye is a polarizing guy, even to someone like Jay Z. He’s never been one of Jay’s inner circle,” a source tells Hollywood Life.

The outlet insinuates that Kanye West and Jay have never been as close as they would like fans to believe. In fact, when considering that the Roc Nation mogul couldn’t even be bothered to arrange a meetup with West and his wife to organize a play date for their children, it speaks volumes as to how Jay sees Kanye and his family.

During his concert rant, the “Stronger” rapper admits that his children have never played with Blue Ivy, which is concerning when considering how Beyonce and Jay Z were always very supportive of Kanye’s career. They even attended the funeral of West’s mother, who passed away following cosmetic surgery complications.

The source went on to add, “Jay definitely respects his musical talent and creativity and they have had some good times together. But over the years Kanye has really started to grind on Jay. There is only so much he can take of Kanye’s up and down, drama filler personality.”

At this given point, it is unclear how the duo plans to move forward, but with Kanye West confirming that there will no longer be a sequel to the ever-so-successful Watch The Throne album, fans are convinced that Kanye’s friendship with Jay Z has officially come to an end.

For the fact that neither Jay Z nor Beyonce bothered showing up to the couple’s home following Kim’s near-death experience has let Kanye know that the Hollywood duo may have never been his true friends to begin with.
