Sofia Richie, 18, Dates Tobey Maguire, Parties With Paris Hilton?

Sofia Richie has been getting a lot of press just for who she hangs out with. The 18-year-old starlet and sister of reality star Nicole Richie has been linked to Tobey Maguire. This is the third older man that she’s been linked to in recent months.

Sofia Richie was recently linked to Tobey Maguire when the two were photographed together in a nightclub just before Maguire announced his separation from wife of nine years, Jennifer Meyer. Though the interaction between Richie and Maguire, 41, could have been just friendly, most assumed that the two were more than just friends. The actor was seen whispering into Richie’s ear when they were seen at the West Hollywood nightclub 1 OAK, according to the Daily Mail.

Richie was also aggravated by the idea that she had anything to do with the actor’s separation when she was asked by the paparazzi on Wednesday night, Oct. 19.

“Are you f***ing joking” she responded when TMZ‘s photographers blatantly asked her if she was the one who broke up the actor’s marriage and if the two were getting serious. Richie didn’t like the “dumb questions,” and neither did her new friend, Paris Hilton, who also stuck up for the young girl.

“Literally stop asking her that because it’s a bulls**t rumor. She’s a beautiful young teenager, who is single and loving life,” Hilton said before getting into her car.

Earlier this week, it was reported that Tobey Maguire and Jennifer Meyer have separated. The couple even released a joint statement to the media on Tuesday, Oct. 18. The now exes, who met back in 2008, are parents to Ruby Maguire, 9, and son Otis Maguire, 7.

“As devoted parents, our first priority remains raising our children together with enduring love, respect and friendship.”

Hilton used to hang out with Nicole Richie, but it looks like she has moved on with Sofia Richie these days. The two were photographed having dinner at Catch LA in West Hollywood, where they were seen walking arm-in-arm when they left the venue, according to E! Online. Hilton, 35, was photographed wearing a baby blue lace dress with pantyhose and black pumps while Richie wore a black-and-white leather motorcycle jacket with a black crop top and black leather pants. She finished off her look with black-and-white trainers and jewelry.

Back in 2014, Nicole Richie made an appearance on Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live to reveal what has happened between her and Paris Hilton.

“Paris is somebody that’s been in my life since day one. I haven’t spoken to her in a while technically, but if you really want to get into it, my view of a friendship is somebody that you don’t necessarily have to talk to every day, somebody that you can call when you need them and they’re just going to be there. The short answer is I haven’t spoken to her in a while, but we are very good friends and I love her and love her family and we have a lot of respect for her.”

Since then, Nicole Richie has taken a backseat from the spotlight. She is now the designer of her clothing line, Harlow, and stars in her internet reality show, Candidly Nicole. As for Sofia Richie, she has been partying all around Hollywood. She was last linked to 29-year-old Manchester City football player Samir Nasri and 22-year-old Justin Bieber. An inside source told E! Online earlier this month that although the two were hooking up, they were never exclusive.

“Sofia and Justin are not back together, and they never were an official couple. They just hooked up and were close friends.

Sofia and Justin remained “close friends” although their brief hookup didn’t end perfectly, adds the insider.

“Sofia is still kind of annoyed at how Justin handled a few things, but they still communicate,” the insider adds. “They haven’t hooked up in a minute.”
