JoJo Siwa is no longer a member of ALDC as far as Abby Lee Miller is concerned. After leaving the team high and dry in the last episode of Dance Moms Season 6, Miller and the rest of the moms revealed that they have had it with JoJo and her mom, Jessalyn.
In the latest episode of Dance Moms Season 6 , aptly titled “JoJo Is a No Show,” Jessalyn Siwa decided to pull her daughter from competing in the Fierce National Dance Competition after Abby Lee Miller gave JoJo Siwa and Kendall Vertes a ballet routine. Given that JoJo has not always been a strong ballet dancer, Jessalyn felt that the choreography made her daughter looked bad. The Dance Moms star pointed out that they are in the middle of branding JoJo as the next big thing, and they did not need Abby to bring them down.
“This is bad. I don’t think Abby realizes who JoJo really is and what her potential is as a dancer. If JoJo’s only shot at winning this week is on technique, its not gonna happen. I certainly did not give up everything for Abby to make JoJo look bad.”
The moms, particularly Ashlee Allen and Kira Girard, got upset with how Jessalyn and JoJo were acting. They pointed out that she was not presenting a good example by always leaving when the going gets tough.
“Jess’ solution to everything is pull JoJo out. She never forces JoJo to do anything outside her comfort zone. No wonder JoJo’s not doing any better because she just pulls her the minute something gets hard,” Ashlee said.
Abby Lee Miller admitted that she felt hurt and offended when JoJo and Jessalyn Siwa decided to bail on the routine without any phone calls or emails. Apart from the duet, they also had to make a new choreography for their group routine, “Suicide Hotline.” The ALDC coach explained that she just wanted JoJo to branch out and be a better dancer. Ashlee, Brynn Rumfallo’s mom, however, pointed out that JoJo’s done with being a dancer.
“Dance is not even her goal. She doesn’t want to be a dancer. She wants to be a Kardashian. She wants to make a lot of money and have a reality TV show. That’s what its all about for her.”
Eventually, Abby asked Kalani Hilliker to step up and take JoJo’s place. Even though the routine was extremely difficult, Kalani and Kendall did their best and went on to win first place for their ballet duet, “Push and Pull.” Meanwhile, ALDC’s second entry, “War and Peace,” by Brynn Rumfallo and Nia Frazier, took the third place. The group routine also won first place overall.

“I’m proud that the Abby Lee Dance Company put two duets on stage that were so different and both dances were entertaining to the audience,” the ALDC coach told the cameras, clearly proud of her team.

Ashlee seemed particularly happy with ALDC’s win without needing help from JoJo and Jessalyn.
“Jess you picked a really bad week to bail because this is gonna go down as history as one of the ALDC’s best dances and you’re not gonna be a part of it,” she said.
As they were celebrating their big win, one of the mini’s moms told the team that she saw JoJo posted a photo lounging at a pool on Instagram, which infuriated the moms even more. Abby then pointed out that even if JoJo was part of the routine, the dance would have not been as good.
“This was a lesson for everybody here. You better think long and hard before you walk out that door. I don’t know what the future holds for ALDC. I just know it doesn’t involve JoJo.”
