Katy Perry Strips Naked To Urge Americans To Vote
Katy Perry just got naked to urge Americans to vote this November, according to the Sydney Morning Herald. In a new Funny or Die skit, 31-year-old “Roar” singer reminded voters that it’s totally fine to head to the polls naked.

Katy Perry, who gets arrested later in the video for being naked, encourages Americans to head to the voting booth no matter what. Clearly hinting that there is no need to even comb your hair after waking up (judging by her messy hairstyle in the video), the “Rise” singer wants every American to vote no matter what state they are in.
And although Katy Perry is a vocal supporter of Hillary Clinton, she didn’t use the opportunity to campaign for the Democratic nominee. So apparently the “Roar” singer got naked for the two presidential candidates, Clinton and her Republican rival Donald Trump.

At one point of the already hilarious and absurd Funny or Die 90-second clip, Katy Perry urges to “let those babies loose” (referring to her breasts) and strips down. And although viewers see only black censor boxes covering her breasts and bottom, the video has already been watched million of times on YouTube alone.
In the video, Katy Perry also announces that there are no rules in the constitution that would prevent Americans from voting in their pajamas, but the “Roar” singer apparently takes it way too far.
And although Katy Perry claims American are even allowed to vote naked on November 8, the singer gets arrested and thrown in the back of a police car. But it becomes apparent that she is not the only celebrity to have attempted to vote stark-naked.
Community actor Joel McHale is also seen in the police car with nothing but an “I voted” sticker on his bare chest. Clearly disgusted, Katy Perry (after looking down at McHale’s genitals), declares “Scratch that. You got to wear clothes.”
Shortly after the Funny or Die video was posted, Katy Perry took to Instagram to promote the video about Election Day.
Katy Perry is a vocal supporter and friend of Clinton. In addition to that, the Democratic candidate regularly invites the “Roar” singer to perform at her rallies and fundraisers. The video comes a day after the cast of sitcom Will & Grace released a pro-Clinton announcement.
And last month, the cast of political drama The West Wing, which won four Outstanding Drama Series Emmy Awards in the early 2000s, also announced they would vote for Clinton. Katy Perry and other celebrities getting more interested in politics could mean only one thing: the Presidential election 2016 draws closer.
But Katy Perry’s boyfriend, Orlando Bloom, doesn’t seem to mind that his girlfriend is getting naked for the sake of America’s future, according to Mobile & Apps. Moreover, the lovebirds have just denied breakup rumors.
There have been ongoing rumors that Katy Perry and Bloom had split because they had different opinions about the location of their future nest, but the duo denied the rumors by flying together with the Pirates of the Caribbean actor’s son, Flynn, to Shanghai Disneyland last month.

The rumors claimed that Katy Perry and Bloom had canceled their wedding plans and called it quits because the actor wanted to stay in his Malibu bachelor house to be closer to his son, but Perry allegedly wanted to live Montecito where her family is living.
In May this year, Katy Perry confirmed that she is working on her upcoming fifth studio album. The singer’s 2016 Summer Olympics anthem Rise rocked charts around the world this summer.
